The hotel was clean. We didn’t use any of the amenities. The bathroom did not have a normal door. It had a sliding door with 3 inch gaps on each side. So if you mind using the bathroom where your roomies can see and hear everything, this is your place. Weird to have doors like this in a hotel.

Called the next day and asked to make a date change and they said sure until they realized it was through Expedia, said Expedia has to do it, Expedia refuses to change it, not cancel it mind you just correct a date error and they both refuse. Expedia knows I’m going to be in NYC August 28 and app did not flag the reservation in anyway, the only concern for both entities seems to be the all might dollar and not the customer for a simple date correction. But we all know this is their only priority so I guess it’s not surprising. Ultimately my error, just hoped they could make a simple date correction so I could continue staying there as I have been. Will find a new chain, hopefully one that cares about customer service at least a little bit.

Bed was comfy, nice options for snacks, free parking. The gym was tiny, broken treadmills, lots of scum build up in the shower on the handle, just adequate. One of the night front desk workers wasn’t nice and clearly hated her job.

We loved our stay, I do think breakfast should have been free or cheaper than $15 per person, but overall it was a great stay!

Great location for what we were in town for. Like there was a restaurant/bar on the premise too. Room was spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Pet owners beware!! The only thing we were dismayed about at this property, which was very nice, was the fee for a pet. When I booked it, no fee was indicated but when we got there we were charged $75!! That was over 60% of the cost for one night! So we paid more for the dog than for each human. I’ve never ever stayed at a hotel under $130 that charged so much for a pet And nowhere immediately attached to walk the dog! And no poop bags! Won’t stay again.

4 of my family had a reservation for a two-queen room with breakfast through Booking.com, made at 6 PM on our way home from vacation.. We arrived this hotel at 11:30 PM, but they didn't have our two-queen room. The hotel receptionist explained there were major computer glitches so third-party booking sites couldn't connect the hotel's system to see actual room availability. She said we should called to site. We called the hotel first before booking but it was 2-3 hours waiting time. We couldn't get thru the hotel. Who would doubt when you received the confirmation email, your actual room isn't there. She offered a King Jr. Suite (one king bed, pull-out sofa) but asked for more money and said it wouldn't include breakfast. She stated she couldn't honor the original price because we booked through a third party. I wasn't happy about this. At midnight, We searched again for a two-queen room and went to a different hotel. If she had honored the price, we could have stayed even though we didnt want a pull out sofa to sleep. It wasn't a good experience how this hotel took care of a customer who had a problem at midnight.
