Front desk lady was very nice other than that, I have nothing nice to say about it. You can't walk by a room without getting a contact high from everyone in the rooms smoking weed. Parking lot full of cars blaring music all night. The cockroach problem is OUT OF CONTROL. I slept with my armed weapon next to me because people coming out of their rooms screaming. Literally made a plan with my daughter to grab my grandson and get in the bathroom if something went down!! We would NOT step foot outside of the room after dark. That's pathetic. You should vet your guest or people that live there because it was a VERY SCARY PLACE TO BE!!!!

Location was good for my event When I booked the room, I stated that I travel with my service dog for my handicapped spouse. When I arrived at the hotel, I was charged extra for my service dog, which was not disclosed at the time of booking. Also I had no instructions on the operation of the TV, and the staff person treated me like I was stupid when I ask for instructions. The breakfast was of very poor quality. Also, the bathroom door was broken and could not be closed without getting stuck in the bathroom. We also had unwanted outside entertainment until 3 am which impeded our sleep and disturbed my service dog.

Everyone was really nice. The room was clean, and big. The bed was comfortable It's not that I didn't like it, but the bathroom door was hard to close, them I discovered it was broken in the hinges.

My only negative review is that the rooms had doors that opened to the parking lot similar to older properties. The doors had a deadbolt and a catch so it was secure.

There was a wild unmanaged human staying in the room above me that literally jumped up and down between beds and around their room intermittently, all night! The roomers were equally loud, yelling and laughing at 3am. Not a good stay. Motel 6 would’ve been a better, bad choice.

I loved the fact that LA Wallet is accepted. I had to come to town for my grandmothers funeral my purse was left behind 3 hours away and I was still able to check in.
