In one of the rooms, the a/c unit leaked water during the 1st night. Was fixed the next day. Staff was very accommodating.

Room was not clean tub had stains in it bugs in room just not good to be charging 100 a night thats crazy. Would not stay here again

Rude staff, Ac leaking all over the room, poor breakfast selection.

Due to the time of the year of my stay, there was a lot of humidity in the area, so I had to set the thermostat on the AC to 70°F on high in order to keep the room dry. Since there’s no carpeting and only tile and flooring, the floors would get very wet and slippery. I have a physical disability, which affects my mobility and I use crutches to walk with. When I informed the staff that the floor was too slippery, they quickly brought some towels to keep the floors dry until the room was dry again. When I checked in, I was informed that there are no coffee makers in the rooms so if I want coffee, I would have to get it from the lobby. Since I have a physical disability, they accommodated me by bringing my coffee to my room, twice a day. On the second day of my day, housekeeping came to clean my room and one of the housekeeping attendants removed the sheets from my bed, placed them in a corner, left the room, and never came back, leaving my room unfinished. Although the front desk clerk found another person to finish my room, I missed out on attending an event that day due to this delay. There were other days where my room was left half cleaned and I had to ask for extra soaps, lotions, and towels. Overall, it’s a relatively quiet place, the bed is very comfortable, the front desk manager is attentive and hard-working, and I did have a good nights sleep, each night.

Excellent and clean rooms

Room was clean, the bathroom door kept getting jammed. Tv also had no instructions or guide on how to work the channel function. Had to call front desk on instructions on how to get it going. Breakfast was good. Night clerk was nice and allowed night swimming which made the stay better as the kids enjoyed it more.

Clean&friendly

The staff at the desk was very nice Room floors looked clean but felt really dirty. Like a cleaner had been sprayed but like nobody ever actually scrubbed. Everything was kind if shabby. Lightning was terrible! Miserable breakfast, just some cheap muffin in cellophane, no milk for the coffee just coffeemate.

the fridge and microwave hat rust outside and inside no hot water you could shower with no cold on their breakfast was juice muffins and little prepackaged sausage biscuits kids size nothing else not up to Wyndham standards would not stay there ever again?

False advertising it was nothing like the add claim

There was also too much noise early in the morning right in front of my door. Some young people were talking loudly, which made it hard to rest. Thank you.

The day front desk clerk was nice. The room was clean/tidy. The room was very close to where the event was being held. The pool was green. The night clerk was very rude. There was an issue with the television remote and she spoke to me as if I was incapable. When she came to the room she had the same issue and brought a different remote. The light in the bathroom was flashing like a strobe. We just stopped using it.

Room very damp and had an old smell. Breakfast easy not up to what was described when I checked in. Was 6-9, I got there at 7:30 and only coffee, two sausage biscuits (frozen) and two muffins was available See above
