The front desk young lady was great really friendly and tried her best but the owner of this property should be ashamed of his leadership For $165 i was so disappointed i wish i would have just went somewhere else, i never been to a Hampton Inn so bad , elevator were broken, air conditioning didn’t cool to me I could have stayed in my car

The rooms have water damage with signs of mold or mildew. They are missing refrigerators in some rooms. The staff was nice, the gym was spacious and nice, and the breakfast was good. Some mornings they had to go bags for breakfast and some evenings they had cookies and lemon water. The pool looked clean. The rooms were the main issue and that is where you stay so the water damage issue should be addressed. This was from a four night stay.

Room..bad lighting, inconvenient plugs, cabinet door hanging, room smells, large gap under entry door, shower either dirty or stained, toilet very low and not bolted down, If you don’t know how to scan for tv channels there is no reference in a paper document. Since I was there for a funeral I end up cleaning the room, and brings my own sheets, Sheets look and smell if they were used with previous guest..

Room was large enough, for us, nice view and location, good breakfast, nice staff. The light on the wall kept flickering on and off, the room smelled a little stale like the carpet wasn't fresh,
