Overall the hotel was clean and quiet. Only disappointment was the key scanner on the door poorly worked, then when we went to use the pool and hot tub, the key scanner couldn't read our key and the employee couldn't get it to work either. One of the main reasons we picked the spot was for the pool and hot tub.

Kaylie was awsome...had a late check in and she started my vacation off right! She was helpful and delivered excellent customer service!

Our bath tub/ shower didn’t drain properly. The front desk staff assisted as best she could but couldn’t remedy the problem.

Great hotel find. Friendly staff, clean rooms and the breakfast was fresh. Parking was very accessible.

Clean and pull out things to dust behind nightstand in room 227. Clean or vacuum carpet alot more.

Great parking. Staff very polite and professional. Room was great. Even though I didn't do well at casino, it was nice to have comfortable bed. 😃 Breakfast was phenomenal.

The room was clean and bed was comfy. However, the AC froze up in one room, they gave us another and the AC was ok at best. I reserved a king size bed and upon checking was given a room with two queens. Even when mentioned to the front desk person, she didn’t even try to give me a king size room.

The microwave in our room was filthy. The elevator closest to us was out of order. The pool was closed for maintenance half of our stay.

Terrible. Toaster doesn’t work. Microwave opened to warm up food, then door wouldn’t open to take out. Warmer handle broken that contained cold eggs. One coffee pot empty. The only thing that worked was the waffle machine. Our card to the room didn’t work. We were locked out and management had to come show us how to open the door, but theirs didn’t work because the batteries needed replaced in the door.
