The microwave in our room was filthy. The elevator closest to us was out of order. The pool was closed for maintenance half of our stay.

Terrible. Toaster doesn’t work. Microwave opened to warm up food, then door wouldn’t open to take out. Warmer handle broken that contained cold eggs. One coffee pot empty. The only thing that worked was the waffle machine. Our card to the room didn’t work. We were locked out and management had to come show us how to open the door, but theirs didn’t work because the batteries needed replaced in the door.

The hotel is not a 8 start hotel like the site says. The pool area not maintained I was scared to use the pool, My room had a broken sofa bed, there was no maintenance on property , no housekeeping on property. I made serval trips to front desk for towels. There was also a coffee maker in the room but no cups no ,coffee pot ,and no coffee. We were so uncomfortable we shorted our vacation early. I don’t recommend this hotel if you are on vacation and want to have a good experience . I also made a complaint to corporate office but no response yet it’s being a week , I also included pictures.

everything was great , the room we had could use a few touch ups with broken wood near the fridge and microwave but everything else was excellent

The restaurant at site Infusion is hoax I order shrimp & fish when it came out I said hmm where the fish the lady put her finger digging for the fish and said here it is “it was the size of the shrimp or fish nuggets bites” I look at her like she crazy I feel it embarrassing how the serve their food so I told the lady to take it back I never seen fish serve like that and the guy told me they cuts the fish they remade my plate it was doable. Otherwise overnight stay was quiet
