Quality Inn Jacksonville - Orange Park near Naval Air Station

The hotel was constantly out of towels. I requested additional towels and was told they would be sent to my room. Later, the same employee explained that the laundry had been finished, but other guests kept taking the towels, leaving them out of stock again. Unfortunately, I never received the towels I requested. The pool was dirty and had sand covering the bottom. The bed was also uncomfortable, and you could easily feel the springs through the mattress. This keeps the review factual and professional while clearly describing the issues you experienced.

I enjoyed having the water station so to reuse my water bottle... that is a plus. I kept needing to go to the front desk in order to use my room key. Every day it was unusable. She had to keep resetting in! I did not like having to listen to very loud conversations in the hallway, as well as screaming children running up and down the hall. Adults laughing and just hanging out at all hours of the night. Why would you put a single person on the same floor as occupants that seem to live there? I almost asked to change my room on the first night but did not want to cause trouble. I did not like the outdoor noise and cars running in the parking lot and people talking and hanging out at night. Lots of loud outdoor traffic. The carpet in my room was stained in many places. The room was old looking and did not smell or look "fresh". The children seemed to run the hote l and were often seen alone and doing their own thing. Many playing rough in the pool. No supervision at all. One of them even told me they "all pee in the pool".

My room was clean and my clerk that checked me in was nice and my stay was great for my family it was my son birthday

I originally booked for 2 nights in the King Suite with the Jacuzzi. Amazing stay. And the jacuzzi was a lovely bonus. Room was spacious. Bed was huge and comfy. Jacuzzi got nice and hot. Breakfast was simple. Didnt have many options but something is better than nothing,right? Was still pretty decent. After original booking was completed,i was able to rebook another night in the King Suite thanks to the helpful front desk agent. Then i booked another night (King Suite wasnt available due to last minute booking) in the “Queen” room which was ALOT smaller. Bed definitely wasnt a Queen and seemed less comfortable but it served its purpose for the one night. Overall would stay again but would definitely get the King Suite with the added jacuzzi

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property is older and needs some updating.

Filthy place from the second you walk in. Nobody cares about the appearance of this hotel. The smell is horrendous, and it slaps you the second you walk through the front door. People live here as well, so you will be seeing the same faces using the lobby amenities like it’s the living room of their house! Save your time and money!!!

The room was nice but the bed was to soft the toilet didn’t flush and when I told the lady at the front it seemed like she didn’t care

The 4th floor smelled like smoke, the carpet and walls were dirty. The room was clean but it did not smell fresh. The breakfast selection was terrible for someone who doesn’t eat pork.

The room had a damp smell. The hallways smelled of weed. The floors were sticky and trash overflowing. The bathroom had mold .

*BUT* My room was nice and cool and the tv worked. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were fluffy!

The towels were dirty brown stains all over. Will not stay there again. Even though staff was very kind and accommodating. Staff 10/10 overall hotel 1/5
