Our room had an unusual food or cooking smell and on our three day stay it was there each time we left and returned to the room. The pillows could have been bigger, maybe fluffier. Now the staff and especially that daily breakfast was FEEnominal. Thanks

Smell really clean Broken sink that leaked, no in room coffee pot had to request one and pool was closed was really looking forward to some down time by the pool

A request for the franchise property owner, remove the carpet from the guest rooms. I know it's a huge undertaking and very expensive project however you're making your employees and guests sick just by staying or working in the guest rooms. The hotel is nearly sold out/sold out most nights and your location off of I-10 has many company paying oil & gas industry clientele, so you have revenue. Yes, I understand the irony of unclean air and the oil & gas industry but the fact remains that these two rooms smell terrible.

Room and Bathroom were clean and fresh. Linen was clean and fresh. Breakfast was good. Parking area was well lit at night and void of holes.
