The bathroom had a light motion sensor which did not detect my movement while I was at the shower. So the bathroom lights turned off while I was showering. There was a coffee maker in the suit and coffee, but it was all decaf. Most people expect caffeinated coffee in the morning. My confirmation indicated there was breakfast available in the hotel. There wasn't. There were only a few granola bars for purchase. My confirmation also stated the suite would have a hairdryer. There wasn't one. Some of the baseboard in the room had come off the wall, which was a trip hazard.

very clean property and nice staff location great easy access to i10 new hire was trying to change us for different prices and then had our reservations jacked up after shower my booking confirmation saying I booked for the weekend then she said she fixed it and didn’t overall the communication and check in process was bad

Staff was friendly and helpful. My booking was for 2 Queen beds, but we were given one king bed. It wasn't the worst, but it did mean sharing a bed with my boss. Staff said that yes, I booked one King bed, but when I came back to work, I verified that it was 2 Queens.

My stay at the hotel was great. My check-in experience however, was not so great. I paid through Expedia. When I arrived, I was asked to put a credit card on file which is fine however, I woke up to multiple transactions in the morning. I was assured that these charges would fall off after they figured out what actually happened at that time however here it is a week later the issue is still not resolved, and I am having to continuously contact the Hotel to get this rectified the front desk overnight personnel was not familiar with the check-in process for parties who pay through a third-party service I hope that this person gets educated so that this does not happen to anyone else in the near future.

Had called location and asked about being pet friendly. They had said nothing about a charge. Got to the hotel took the dog upstairs to our room. Went down to registration clerk and asked her for a do not disturb sign to put on our door. Because our dog was going to be in the room while we were out. She then told us oh you have a dog they’ll be $75 charge. I then told her I was not informed of this prior to and she said well that’s the rules.
