La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Orange

The hotel was old, the breakfast was average, the room was small. My room smelled like dead fish. I am use to this chain of hotels being nicer and feel like I should have been warned.

Super nice staff, clean and quiet. Great place to stay when traveling.

Staff was terrific. Carpet was very wet under air conditioner unit and room smelled moldy because of this.

Very nice and clean! Rhonda was amazing! I She was so professional and had good customer service! I didn’t catch the other persons name that was working with Rhonda when we checked in but she was also so nice and professional!

Breakfast was cold, there was 3 sausages available at 8AM and the lady didn’t want to bring out more. The potatoes were cold, the egg was the only the good.

Breakfast Aita the clerk at check out was very assumed for the wrong off of a joke. I told her I was leaving the dogs and I was joking and she called police on me. Also she did not give me back my 100 dollar deposit because she said the room smell and the dogs was in the crate the whole time in room. Also to top it off, I left review and the owner said they are not a dog shelter they are a hotel and they said, I was leaving dogs behind , making it seem like I was truly trying to leave my dog behind after they knew I was joking and had no intention of just leaving them. It was witness their that see me say im just joking. They told police I was disturbing the peace because of a statement I was joking about with the dogs. Aita was just trying to find a way to keep my deposit because it was cash and none tracable. That what it came down to i feel because at the beginning she was hesitant to give me my deposit and things escalated very quickly for no reason with her and not me.

It has a nice little gym and the restaurant next door was really good. The breakfast was good too.

Rooms were dank, smelly. Cleanliness was not the best. Room 311 had what appeared to be a bedbug under the pillow. We rented 311 as an extra room to get away from the dank smell, which was better, but found a bug in bed. Breakfast was OK.

The fresh clean smell when you walk in the front door. Everything was great, no complaints.

Staff was polite enough. Could hear cleaning staff complaining in the halls very clearly. Room with two queen beds had dirty duvets. Towels were permanently and noticeably stained. Breakfast offerings were minimal and borderline stale. Marks on the walls everywhere. SUPER SKETCHY ELEVATOR. Bathroom had small mold spots covered by paint. I should’ve taken pictures. I didn’t ask for new linens because I’m pretty sure all of it would be the same. This hotel could do for a close and major clean. Priced at $119/night was inaccurate for my stay. Should have been $70/night.
