Very bad value for money, but the stay was necessary. I had work in Lake Charles which was a 45 minutes drive but all hotels were fully booked and needed a place for the night. The bad smell of the room.

The location was awesome It smelled like mold and it was not clean.

The A/C worked well and was quiet. Shower did not work, tub drain would not close, found a dirty washcloth left on top of shower curtain rod. Someone's hair was stuck in floor tiles. Required $100 extra as cleaning deposit to be refunded after stay. Required we stay in foyer while employee inspected the room before letting us leave when we tried to check out. There was only 1 employee and 5 guests waiting to be allowed to check out. As of 3/02/26 I haven't received my $100 back even though employee said that I would get it.

The front desk person demanded $100 dollars per room deposit when the Web site only stated a $50 fee. The rooms had no toiletries. Only a small bar of soap. When checking out, I had to stand in the lobby with several other guests while the desk clerk left to inspect the rooms before they would return the deposit. Understanding the individual was different because English was obviously not his first language. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS MOTEL AGAIN. M Jackson

The water has such low pressure it literally felt like i had water just barely on but it wouldnt go any higher and the hit water was not hot it was luke warm!

Room seemed a bit dirty, if you come in late. You can’t use the elevator. And the staff needs to know if someone has a reservation it needs to be a smooth transition to get the keys to the room.

there was no hot water,also when the water was turned on it came out orange.This was a hugh problem because i was staying in the hotel to take my son for surgery the next day. I couldnt take a shower nor could he so we had to go to the hospital without bathing.The hotel also made to put up an additional deposit,It was also nothing like the pictures.We were very disappointed .
