my room bathroom had hair in the shower the bathroom was not clear the Ms Ann was the only one did good breakfast i never thought it would be like that never again 😭 the week of June 8-13

Convenient to where I was going. Shower gel was good. The beds were super hard. Not firm just hard. They felt like they had planks under them. We barely got any sleep. We ate dinner in our room. My husband left his paper plate on the floor and the next morning it was covered with ants! I have been itching ever since!

The location was good. There were restaurants nearby, within walking distance. The property was quiet. A decent breakfast was included. The staff were generally friendly. The inside of the hotel seemed a bit run down, like it could use some renovations. It did not meet my expectations for the Fairfield brand.

Cleanliness and I like the bedding. Very little space at sink for makeup and toiletries. Dim light at sink Air conditioning unit is noisy.

The hotel feels new. The staff were pleasant and eager to help. The location is easy to get to right off of the highway and there are plenty of restaurants around.

This hotel was well staffed and clean. The front desk was dealing with a computer issue when we checked in, but the staff did their best to work around it and accommodate the guests checking in. The breakfast was basic, but plentiful the days I stayed there. The staff were all friendly and engaging. They consistently asked how things were going and if they could do anything to assist. I would certainly stay there again if I find myself traveling to Orangeburg, SC again.
