This property is conveniently located clean and welcoming from the warm cookies to the pool and workout room and breakfast such a great place to stay! Would stay again and again it’s very affordable for all the amenities and location.

I arrived early, I was traveling cross country by motorcycle early in the mornings, the weather was typically too hot in the afternoon to travel. My room was not ready; I booked third party and it was very early by check-in standards. I was invited to stay in the lobby, unload my luggage to a cart, and take advantage of the amenities. I had a series of conversations with the woman at the desk. I asked if the availability was linked to the third party booking or room type. She asked if I was and IHG member to which I replied I should be, I've been staying at many Holiday Inn hotels along the way. She looked and to my surprise, I was an Elite member and entitled to an upgrade. Her efforts and welcoming mannerism were greatly appreciated and made my stay very pleasant. I was pretty tired and hot, so I was delighted by the hotels service and understanding.

There was nothing best than the clerk at front desk I forgot to ask her name, she has computer and customer services skills I had not seen before excellent service and very human kind environment. I thank them for such beautiful experience. And I have to mention the breakfast cause the service is on time and very well attended. I couldn’t find something wrong

Everything was good. The only thing is when we got there our room wasn’t ready so we had to wait about a half an hour. And we couldn’t get the Wi-Fi working.

This Holiday Inn was in the perfect location. The staff was helpful. The main draw back of this hotel is that it in despite need of repair. Walking on the carpet felt like walking on rocks. Our suite had mold on the shower ceiling and the outside walls of the shower had mold and were soft like it was crumbling. The tile in the kitchen was lifting up, which I tripped on. With some attention this could be a great hotel as it is in a really good location.
