The female clerk was outstanding!

It was alright the only thing is that you don't receive your deposit right away it's been 6 days and I still haven't gotten the deposit

The hotel was decent and very close to where I needed to be which was nice and convenient

Room was clean. Door didn't shut completely unless you pushed really hard. Bathroom had a light and fan, but no switch to turn it on. Bathroom doors were warped and difficult to close. Breakfast was mediocre. The key card reader on the outside door closest to our room took a minimum of 10 tries to get the key to read and it wasn't a very lit location.

When we got into our room there were chip crumbs in between the beds, one bed had stains on the cover, the bathroom floor was dirty and there was underwear hanging in the bathroom. After we got our room switched from the helpful staff our second room was mostly in better shape besides the dirty tub, dusty bathroom, and some stains on the carpet leading into the bedroom (also, if the we turned the water too hot the pipes started shaking). We had to get our card keys switched over 4 times and even then the keys wouldn’t let us in the outside doors. There was something sticky spilled outside the lobby area that wasn’t cleaned up our entire stay. We were excited for the breakfast because it was noted to be “TOP RATED” but besides our last morning there it wasn’t what was expected. And not for sure, but those of us that had their eggs ended up with diarrhea issues. Like I said, the staff was great but there were so many other problems and the pool looks way bigger in the pictures.

Filthy ! Some major maintenance needs to take place here.

The WIFI never worked, even though we called to ask for help. Of course you all know hotel toilet paper is terrible. Bring your own. 😂😂 We never ate at the free breakfast but it didn’t look like much. I called the front desk about the room not being an ADA room. They offered to move us to another room. But after we had unpacked and needed to get to the wedding rehearsal, we decided just to stay. I asked for discount on our bill, and they declined. The road access to the hotel wasn’t the easiest either. The air conditioning did work well. The north side entrance door didn’t work half the time. Plus there is a trash can by the door that had overflowed onto the ground.

The room was okay. A little disappointed they didn’t clean in between days. The biggest issue is the key cards don’t really work. You need them to access the building. It would take 11 times sometimes to get it to work. One time it took us 50 tries had to go to another door and again another 15 times to get in and it was a late night at midnight. We eventually had to have someone hold the door if we needed to unload our vehicle or forgot something. It really did burn time sitting there. Then we had the same issue with our room sometimes the cards would work sometimes it was the 10-15 tries. The cell service was terrible and they didn’t write the WiFi on our card so had to call up front. I was scolded by the guy who answered it was written in my key card. Shocker it wasn’t but grateful when he finally provided it so I wouldn’t get locked out again. Guys fix those card readers that’s crazy taking that long to get in a building. Parking was fine no complaints there really liked the property. Just needs some upgrades to fix the doors so people can access them. I liked the general area it was nice!

Everything was great. No problem whatsoever. Just one thing I do recommend. It would be great if breakfast began at 6:30am on the weekends as well. I had to be at an event at 7 am, when breakfast began, so I didn't have a chance to have breakfast at the hotel. Which was a bummer. But other than that everything was great.

Hotel is obviously at the end of its cycle, but man, the lack of care is hard to miss. Our room was packed with ants. Which made us all ick.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Mattresses not comfortable- lumpy and stiff at the same time. Reserved a King suite and ended up in a double double. 😕 Breakfast limited/mediocre

The property was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. The staff was nice. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient for everything that we had going on during our visit.

The staff were fantastic and so very helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was good enough. The only recommendation I have is a little less chlorine in the pool and more ventilation. The chlorine is quite strong, so it irritates your eyes especially for little ones.

Great breakfast. The room was very clean, but overly deodorized. I was there during a heat wave and the room stayed very cool.
