I love this location and the friendliness of the staff. They helped my husband surprise me for my birthday by letting my kids decorate the room. The staff was friendly, warm and welcoming. I love the room and the lobby for its comfy and relaxing vibe. This is my fourth stay at this hotel. The bathroom floor was dirty. I noticed it after I had to clean the floor from using the non-enclosed shower, which is quite messy. Everything else was great.

Great location, cool property. No free breakfast, had only one bed, so I had to sleep on the pull-out bed. Bed was...okay.

Lamento no recordar su nombre pero si recuerdo que tiene cabello largo lacio oscuro y unos ojos muy expresivos. Esperamos regresar a sus instalaciones en algún momento, y sería muy gratificante que continuaran brindando a todos sus clientes la mejor atención como hasta ahora. El motivo de nuestra visita fue por un tornamento de baseball en el que participaba nuestro hijo. Gracias a todo su personal por dar lo mejor.

The property was nice overall. Clean, and modern looking. Hot Tub was unavailable the first day I tried to use it, but was fixed later. I was put in a Hearing assist room for whatever reason I'm not sure. There were flashing lights all night long which made it hard for me to sleep. My biggest problem was at check in. I requested a room like the the picture I booked on expedia. I was told that this was an upgrade & since I booked on expedia, and I'm only a Marriott Silver Elite member I was not entitled to an upgrade or even a complimentary bottle of water. This was explained to me by the Assistant Manager after the Receptionist was not able to upgrade me. The Assistant manager was rude, and condesending. I definitely did not feel welcomed or valued as a Marriott Bonvoy member for 45+ years. I will not come back to this property even though it was nice and very well located.

I like that it was close to the mall and lots of places to eat. Appreciated the fact that they had a wheelchair available. The room was just OK, we had a couple of little problems with it and I felt like it was a lot of money for a subpar room.
