SpringHill Suites by Marriott Provo

Our family was traveling through Provo and very much enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was surprisingly excellent. The pool was a little cloudy, but otherwise the property was clean and well cared for all around. We would come back for sure!

The room and vanity units were well lit - there was even a light in the closet. Towels and bedding were clean. Standard hot/cold breakfast options. Member of kitchen staff in attendance on second day was particularly diligent and friendly. One of the sliding doors of the 2 vanity units was difficult to move. TV location is a compromise, not really suiting viewing from either the sofa/trundle bed or the queen beds. Also, never quite sure how a coffee maker that makes 1 cup of coffee per time would realistically work for 2-6 people. Our check-in receptionist was deadpan and not particularly engaging (we sensed we'd taken them from something important in the back room they emerged from). On one of our 2 mornings, there were no towels to use in the pool within an hour of the opening time. A member of the housekeeping team told us they were currently in the drier and ready in ~ 10 mins. They arrived 20-30 minutes later, Room had a counter above the fridge where the coffee maker sat, but it wasn't a wet bar as it didn't have a sink.

Clean, convenient hotel Staff the next morning had no idea what ADA rules are regarding a service dog. They were not willing to listen to my husband who tried to explain that his dog was a service dog. They just kept saying that his “pet” wasn’t allowed to be in a certain area.

The breakfast was a decent hotel breakfast. There were a variety of choices.

Toilets were very low and difficult to get up from. Shower should have a grab bar or two. Should be a seat in the shower room.

This is the place to stay near BYU in Provo. It is clean, modern and efficient. Breakfast is fantastic, and it's within easy drive or long walk to campus. Highly recommend!

Staffing was amazing clean rooms! Shower was hot! Definitely will be staying again if I’m in the area! Breakfast was on point as well!!

The hotel was so clean and beautiful. I love the newness of it. We travelled from Canada for 10 days in the US and was the nicest hotel we stayed in. Staff was friendly and morning breakfast was great.

the hotel was good however there were issues witth booking .com wife and fatherinlaw stood there for 1/1/2 hrs trying to resolve eventualy had to pay for another room will be requesting refund!

Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We got in very late, so slept in past breakfast. The front desk staff and kitchen worker kept the food out later for us so we could still eat. We were so thankful and appreciative. Very nice people. None.

They could improve the lighting in the bathroom. It is hard to see to put on makeup etc. Otherwise very nice.

Excellent room, unfortunately a noisy location. Lots of street and road traffic. Location is noisy.

Check-in was extremely disorganized and took a long time likely due to the hotel using a newer computer system. Hotel staff seemed confused by the new system which caused issues. Our first room was determined to be unacceptable due to stains on bed mattresses indicating possible bed bugs. We were told that the room's window had been left open for over 24 hours by a previous guest allowing some insects to get in and that the room may need to be fumigated. After requesting to be re-roomed, we were assigned a room adjacent to the first room which we determine to be unacceptable since bugs can often travel between walls. I also heard other hotel guests experiencing challenges with the check-in and rooming process including one who was given a room in which another guest was already assigned.

Hotel was centrally located. Beds were comfortable! Would definitely stay again
