Stay here every year for the stadium of fire in Provo, staff is always very polite very hopeful and full of smiles. Room was as expected. Always enjoy staying here.

Big room. Ran out of breakfast food around 8 am. Obviously kitchen wasn’t informed as to how full they were. A very confusing layout, had a hard time finding our room. Would have liked to be offered a luggage cart when we arrived.

Fabulous staff, comfy beds, nice breakfast, great location, beautiful walking/biking/jogging path that goes for miles along the river TINY parking spots (esp for Utah) and lack of parking, tub drains are odd so shower doesn't drain correctly, we had problems with our room but the amazing staff moved us to a new one

Stayed here for a weekend family trip, rooms were extremely clean and super nice. Property was well maintained and had really nice landscape. Breakfast was good and multiple options! Front desk ladies were awesome and super friendly! 100% will be staying here again on my next weekend get away!

I loved having a room that could accommodate my family of 5 and our small dog. It was a comfortable stay and a nice warm breakfast. The beds were a little uncomfortable

The morning breakfast, people were waiting for the staff to stock and supply the food. Paper plates were cheap and very thin, not impressed. Please flip the answer What I liked was the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was friendly.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. I liked the stocked kitchenette and the access to the Provo river parkway right out the back of the hotel. I’ll book here if I’m ever in the area again.
