The door was hard to open and the ice machine in the room freezer was not working. The issues were taken care of immediately

I would prefer pancakes under a hot plate to waffles because the waffles take so long, especially if there is a line of people that want them.

Location was great. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were large. Ample parking. Pet friendly. Liked having a large refrigerator and freezer. Door to enter room kept sticking and was challenging to open. Ice machine was missing. Breakfast wasn't edible. Bathroom next to the bed is a challenge for two people - needs a door. Couldn't use the pool due to high chlorine level - couldn't breathe in the pool room - very dangerous. No jacuzzi/spa.

This location is close to numerous dining options and has a private outdoor patio along the green way. Secluded but within walking distance to dining. This hotel is by far the best anywhere.

From the front staff attitude to their service Cleanness of the rooms and the excellent breakfast service we couldn't have been more satisfied. Keep up the good work and we will definitely be staying there again.

Stay here every year for the stadium of fire in Provo, staff is always very polite very hopeful and full of smiles. Room was as expected. Always enjoy staying here.

Ran out of breakfast food around 8 am. Obviously kitchen wasn’t informed as to how full they were. A very confusing layout, had a hard time finding our room. Would have liked to be offered a luggage cart when we arrived.

Fabulous staff, comfy beds, nice breakfast, great location, beautiful walking/biking/jogging path that goes for miles along the river TINY parking spots (esp for Utah) and lack of parking, tub drains are odd so shower doesn't drain correctly, we had problems with our room but the amazing staff moved us to a new one

Stayed here for a weekend family trip, rooms were extremely clean and super nice. Property was well maintained and had really nice landscape. Breakfast was good and multiple options! Front desk ladies were awesome and super friendly! 100% will be staying here again on my next weekend get away!
