Hard to find, Look in a hole.

The positives about this place-it was within walking distance to the BYU football stadium which was our purpose for staying in Provo. Also first thing we did was check for Bed Bugs and happy to report there were none. I will not be staying here again.

Needs to be condemned

Cheap hotel for a cheap price. Room door had major gaps, bathroom door was cracked, tv was blurry, air conditioner had one speed and temperature, bed had seen better day. Room was clean, area was quiet, felt safe.

This property was absolutely disgusting. The photos are AI!!! The parking lot, walk ways, and stair wells were not maintained. The garbage cans were overflowing and there were cigarette butts everywhere (on a supposedly non-smoking property). Our room was unlivable. The walls had stuff all over and the bathroom was not cleaned at all. The shower curtain and bathroom door were covered in what looked like blood. The floors looked like they’ve never been cleaned. Staff at check in was apathetic and did not give much useful information. And later when trying to contact someone about a refund for early check out because of how disgusting it was, it took forever to get a hold of the front desk, and they said they can’t do anything about it and gave an email address for a “property manager”. Also important to note, the pool is NOT available for use. It is full of sand. And there was no breakfast available (which was listed at time of booking but I believe is not anymore).

First room TV did not work, bed felt like i was laying in a half pipe. When they switched us to a different room, it was OK

Room was clean. Everything is old. Swimming pool was filled with dirt. No swimming available.

The beds were clean and the bathroom. It served my needs. It’s just an older Motel and needs some TLC.

Strange odor. They advertised a swimming pool but it was bury with dirt. Filthy rooms, holes in walls, no hot water, unreasonable staff.

The room was clean. The towels were very sparse. Water pressure was excellent.

Great price at $35/night and certainly worth it. Came back through and was going to book two more nights but price went up and it wasn’t worth that .

Location Pool was closed and it is summer

For the price, the accommodation is good, but the service is poor.

Please don’t stay here!!! We checked in and it looked like it was going to be ok - nothing fancy but we thought it’d be clean. We got into our room and there were stains in the pillows/bedding, drawers missing, black mold on the walls, mysterious liquid stains on the walls, and spackle all over the walls trying to cover dents/holes. It was pretty clear that it was poorly taken care of. We checked out and notified the front desk worker about the reason why, and he seemed unconcerned and unbothered. We ended up getting a full refund after nagging forever. It’s cheap, but there’s definitely a reason. Save your money and time and stay somewhere else.

The room was clean. Clearly not new, but clean. The bed was very comfortable (king bed ❤️) and lots of comfortable pillows. This was a non-smoking room, so it smelled nice. The A/C kept the room cool and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant. We didn't use the breakfast amenities. We were very pleased and would stay here again.

This is my favorite budget hotel in the provo area. AC, hot water, fridge always work (unlike other motels) and the staff is friendly and helpful if I have an issue.
