Hot water took forever to get to the shower. TV picture was like it was from the 80’s. Pool is full of dirt.

The room was good the only problem i have is I booked 2 queen beds my room had 1 king and a sofa bed. But it was fine. The biggest problem was the toilet was clogging up. The bed was fine

Overall the room was comfortable and worked well for my main needs. I had a hard time understanding what the check in lady was saying about half of the time, but with help from others in line everything worked out ok. There were a number of minor things broken in the room, but the most important things were functional. When I brought up any of these items and the fact that my access card wasn't working an hour before check out time, the same lady didn't seem real concerned...?♂️. Maybe just a bad day for her? I've stayed at this hotel before and didn't have any of the above issues. So I'll plan on trying another stay there soon and report back. My guess is that this last stay was an anomaly.

Strange thing happened, the housekeeper told me that the “black streaks” from dryer on towels is my fault. 😳😳 I am retired, I have bachelor in hotel restaurant management and I am a security specialist , so I see this property has several ownership changes over the last year. If they keep the price at $49 and wave the deposit on guests with no pets like me, they are still good,

Staff was nice. No issues checking in or checking out. The hotel is a great price and central to the Provo area. The room was clean, the showers were hot and plenty of water pressure. The fridge was cold. The hotel itself is old and somethings need to be repaired both inside and outside. Overall, for the price, I would stay here again.

Don't waste your money stay any where else! Black body hair in the shower and dog hair in the bed ABSOLUTELY GROSS!

Decent value for the price. Bed was comfortable, A/C was cold and quiet. Shower was hot and strong, but hing very low. Onep towel had several dark greese stains. Overall, I would stay again.

We stayed at the Royal Inn Provo for the Freedom Festival over July 4th. It was very convenient--close to the Stadium of Fire and the Balloon Fest. We did drive over for the parade. It was so hot that weekend--the AC was very much appreciated. The beds were comfortable and we rested well. Thank you!

It was fairly clean and well stocked with towels etc. Cheap and centrally located for my plans. Roaches in my bathroom, bad smell, very visually ugly property, short staff, long check in process, excessive security deposit, etc
