We had a great stay here! It’s close to the stadium and all the amenities. The room was clean and well stocked. Breakfast was tasty and staff were friendly and helpful! Recommend d this stay!

Huge clean rooms, comfy beds, great water pressure, quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. We didn't go in the pool or hot tub but we looked at them and they were nice, right next to a cardio gym. Staff was very kind and helpful The location was excellent and everything was like 5 mins away. I will definitely stay here again.

Our room smelled musty, and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned well. But the beds were comfortable and they allowed a late checkout.

Dirty room, musty smelling, towels are paper thin with holes and AC didn’t work. Set to 66 and room was 75. Do not recommend

Overall we liked out stay. There were a few little things that were a bother (in room 409) like the shower did not appear to have been cleaned regularly., The toilet was slow to flush and the internet was slow to download sites. It wasn't terrible. just annoying. But the staff was excellent, the beds comfortable and the pillows just right and the room was quirt despite facing a main street. And everything we needed was there or just a call away. We would definite stay at this hotel again. (By the way if you are a fan of BYU, LaVell Edwards Stadium is just an easy couple of blocks walk away.)

Not much! Staff was the only real highlight. It felt dirty, dated, and run down. The air conditioner sounded like it was about to die! There was no microwave in the room. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work. The toilet seat wouldn’t stay up so my husband had to sit to pee there were three different outlets that were so loose we couldn’t plug in our phone chargers. Way overpriced for how run down and dated it is. The bed and pillows were not comfortable!
