Great stay! No problems at all.

In good area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was great. The room was very dirty and in need of repair. Our bedroom also had mold. The pool area was dirty also and smelled too strong of chlorine. The ground was also dirty and not well ventilated.

The property is very convenient to BYU and the surrounding areas of Provo. The shower nozzle leaked causing our clothing, the ceiling, the walls, the extra towels and anything close by to be completely drenched in water. It was a mess. I asked for housekeeping, that didn’t happen. The repairman fixed the shower faucet, but left all the wet towels on the ground, water still dripping from the ceiling. Needless to say, that was disappointing.

Everything was great, location was central, staff was amazing, it was clean

The room and property were wonderful! The night clerk was great at check in....my only complaint would be the morning clerk whom I'm pretty sure was suffering from his fun the night before. Surly and unfriendly.

Clean comfortable room, good for a nights stay.

We have stayed here before and were confident that coming back again would be a good experience. The East side of the hotel has mountain views on upper floors, and shaded, tree-filled (or garden) views on lower floors. Once we got the basement and worried about the lack of view. But it was like staying in a cabin, with a view of "the woods" and fire pit outside. Very cool (both literally and figuratively). Highly recommended. Nothing to improve. It was all good.

Needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. Elevator floors dirty for days on end. I let the front desk know our room had some cleanliness issues and they assured me it would be cleaned that day. We came back late that night and the issues had not been addressed.

Updated but not clean. Room smelled terrible. Not cleaned well. There were Doritos on the floor and a cup of water in the ice bucket. Hair in the sink. Bed comfy. Breakfast had options. Parking was easy. I reported the issues, but I likely would look for a different hotel next time in Provo. They said thanks for reporting but really did nothing. Mostly I reported because the bathroom light burned out and they needed to know that. It’s ok if that’s your option.
