Friendly staff. Refreshing lemonade in lobby. Comfortable beds. HOT tub and cold pool. Furniture could certainly use some updating/sprucing up. Overall, would stay again.

Indoor Pool, clean room and comfortable bed! Infused lemon water! Jacuzzi was excellent! Most of the time ice machine on 1st floor was out of service, no ice machine on second floor which that was our floor! bathroom on 1st floor was out of service at least that’s what the sign said! Key cards were outdated and had to use multiple attempts to open doors especially the access door to the pool! Towels in the pool area were always ‘none’ had to request towels each night! Breakfast was not the best, could have been better and more variety! Needs more staff!

Only thing was air conditioner was loud. Bring earplugs. Otherwise great stay.

Location is good Room was very small. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Carpet was dirty.

It’s clean, with the exception of towels for the pool. The last two stays…I’ve had to ask staff to replenish the towels, as there was not any to dry off with.

As a P.S: the breakfast bar was clean and the food was pretty good.

Nice staff and good breakfast The beds are a little stiff for me, im used to a soft soft bed.

The staff were excellent. The place was clean but in need of some maintenance. The drain in the bathtub was extremely rusty. There was a hole in the ceiling in the hallway leading to the room. There was a leak with a bucket under it.

Staff was helpful, the pool and workout room were definitely adequate and the breakfast they have is absolutely amazing!

Ashley a counter clerk was very friendly. When I checked I asked where my room was. 301 back of the hotel far corner. I asked the clerk if I could park behind the Hotel to keep an eye on my car. The employee said “YES”! I parked in the back and later at midnight I found a Boot (wheel lock) on my car. I complained because I was told by the employee that checked me in that I could park there. I since then requested for the manager to contact me. After 5 attempts, all with requests to be contacted , he has NOT CONTACTED ME! I paid $75 to have a boot removed from my vehicle for parking where an employee told me I could park.

Nice Need bigger sink space in the rest room

TV had two remotes. Both had tobe used to work the TV. No instructions so I had to get help from the front desk on how to use the remotes to get the TV to function. I don't like that. There should be one remote and once you turn the TV on the channel button should funtion but no, let's make it super complicated to use.

I liked the location, free parking, and price point. This wasn’t a problem for me, but it was pet friendly.
