The carpets were heavily stained, the entire premisis smelled like marijuana, and the bathtub faucet dripped continuously. There was a thick layer of dust built up in the bathroom exhaust fan, spill marks all over the walls, and even holes in the walls that had clearly gone unrepaired. The furniture didn’t even match, making the room feel thrown together and poorly maintained. On top of that, there was no way to properly regulate the room temperature, making it uncomfortable throughout our stay. To make matters worse, loud music from neighboring rooms could be heard late into the night, making it difficult to relax or sleep. By the time we checked out, I honestly felt like I needed to take a shower just from being in the room. It was one of the dirtiest hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The breakfast was equally disappointing—without question the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel. It desperately needs a deep cleaning, significant maintenance, and better attention to the overall guest experience

The microwave didn’t work. Also de cable tv didn’t work. The front desk guy was very helpful and friendly.

Did not have toilet rolls, toilet got clogged and had to get key for a new toilet.. for new towels I had to come down and give the old towels to get the new towels , never seen that any where else .. the room given had someone smoking in it and we had to change the room at the beginning .. all these were the challenges that happened.

The service is excellent. However, the hotel is unclean, with dirty sheets, cockroaches, and unpleasant odors in the rooms and hallways. It doesn't live up to all its promises; there's no pool, and the ice machines are broken. They charged me an extra $200, which they say they'll refund, but there was no reason to charge it. It does have a good location.

Roaches in the room. I have both pictures and videos that proves it! The size of the roach also proves that there's an infestation at the hotel. I stopped by the front desk to ask for a refund, they told me to call booking.com. Then the hotel refuse to issue a refund upon being contacted by booking.com with bogus reasons. If they keep up with their lies I will push the matter to Florida DBPR, the better business bureau and a consumer complaint to the Florida attorney general. Their handling of the situation is simply bad business practices.

The staff was the best part The room I reserved wasn’t even avail they never notified me, breakfast was very mediocre! No fruit, limited options.

Location to other venues was good So much: 1. Cleanliness 2. Broken blinds 3. Cracked walls 4. Dirty tub and enamel removal 5. Biggest thing was being awaken at 3am in the middle of the night to collect deposit. Very scary
