Housekeeping lazy bathtub nasty toilet nasty. Toilets clogged

Nothing. The front desk closed st 5pm even though they approved a late checking for 11pm or later Everything. Mostly we hated being stranded at midnight because they were closed

Hotel was closed, so we had to find another hotel after arriving late evening. Very upsetting since we had no word of hotel was closed down.

Terrible staff, super rude, upcharged me $5 for booking on booking.com, but you are there, what do you do.

Apparently it has new ownership, and maybe that will improve service. Staff, not helpful, tried to upcharge, didn't answer phone, generally unpleasant.

This is a horrible place to stay at. First the facility in not clean. There room needs mayor upgrades, the sink didn’t drain the water, the air condition sounded like an industrial factory, the room key stopped working. They only have one staff at the counter and had to wait more than half an hour to check in and check out. Do not expect breakfast, all they had was pieces of bread , some oranges , muffins and juice.

Excellent location. The room is OK. I was hoping that the night manager would be more understanding of the fact that I did not like the skeleton keyhole being revealed from the outside. Hopefully, they find a way to cover that up so that the average person doesn’t attempt to create a key from that Portal. The manager did allow me to only stay one night so he allowed me to change my reservation. I Did not like the fact it’s so far from the road. I wasn’t quite sure where to enter until I almost missed it. The distance from the check-in to the rooms was great almost too much, but it wasn’t unbearable…. As long as you were willing to drive.

Pillows was hard but bed comfortable. Shower was really hot

Overall it was good. Breakfast was bad. Just oranges, dry toast and corn muffins. It says its at the Florida Mall, but the mall is not close. Breakfast was bad and it's not close to anything.

Nothing was good even no breakfast provided when we went for breakfast there were no breakfast because the chef did not show up for prepare for breakfast how wired it is? even we booked with free breakfast and paid for it nothing is good in this hotel very bad

It wasn’t the cleanest

I requested a refund and received proof of refund, but I needed to confirm with Booking.com, apparently the Days Inn and Booking.com did not reach an agreement and provided me with a disrespectful credit amount instead of my full refund. The front desk agent was not much help or empathetic. He lacks intrapersonal skills. I WILL NEVER BOOK THERE AGAIN!!!

Location was close to airport and late night check in was easy. No hot water at all for shower! No small coffee maker

The front desk staff was very professional and pleasant, especially the night staff. The check in process was very smooth. My room smelled like old cigarette smoke.

Nothing Location, street sign not working so hard to find, room not clean, ceiling falling apart in bathroom, shower leaks so water dripping 24 hours, shower drain broken and shower faucet not working properly to stop the leaking water, bathroom sink faucet also not working properly and sink doesn't even have a drain cover, room smells as soon as you walk into it
