The online photos are extremely misleading. There's got to be some truth in advertising. It was difficult to find the hotel since the light on the main sign at the entrance from the street was burned out. So was the neon sign on the hotel itself. Virtually anything that could have been wrong with the room was wrong with the room. Paint was peeling on the walls, lights didn't work, the place was filthy, the towel rack was crooked and the vents in the bathroom were falling from the ceiling. The bathroom fan and light wouldn't shut off and there were gaping holes in the shower where mold will surely be accumulating from all the water penetrating. There was soap and toilet paper left from the last unfortunate guest. Also, the tub finish was almost entirely gone. I was worried about bed bugs, barely slept and was afraid to use the shower or walk around without shoes on. It's also very clear that there are people living in the hotel full-time. What a disgusting surprise but we arrived so late and had to get up early for a conference so we unfortunately didn't have the luxury of cancelling our reservation after seeing the state of the place. I have plenty of photos I could show you but I am quite sure that I am not the first person to complain and you must already be aware of the state of the place. In fact, when I went to the front desk to express my concerns there were two

The room was very dated and had cockroaches.

--- 1. The room had a strong unpleasant odor. 2. The bathroom was dirty, and there was a leak in the bathtub. 3. There is no elevator in the hotel, which was extremely inconvenient. 4. The hotel is located away from the check-in area, and walking there at night felt unsafe. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone. While it may appear to be a cheaper option, it is not worth it. Spend a few extra dollars and book elsewhere — there are much better options nearby (including Hilton properties). Avoid this place altogether.

All of the above. The desk attendant told me the room was quiet. Not. The a/c kicked in at 62 degrees when it was 85 outside. Very noisy. The bathroom walls were patched up but not repainted, there was no light on the vanity but there were exposed wires, both the toilet and the bathtub were pealing out and had leaks. Total failure. Will never go back, nor recommend to anyone.

Horrible not sure how this hotel is still in operational roaches, not clean, and horrible customer service

Disgusting. Roaches crawling on me while I slept. I told the owner I would report it to the county, he simply said "go ahead". Stay away, stay far away from this dump.

Worst place to stay so many cockroaches very unhygienic i will never recommend even to my enemy

Room was cleaned. Beds were comfortable but bathroom was very outdated. Breakfast was only muffins. Environment safe. This place is perfect for a last minute booking or a place to rest after being at the parks.

The tv didn’t work and the front desk staff were hard to understand.

My 4th week there but worst room yet. I know next week that room i will not be staying in.

Staff did answer the phone. Hard to understand. Noise fans in bathroom. TV did not work properly. Hd to walk to main desk staff would not answer phone. Lampshades in bad shape. Not much for breakfast choices. Very poor experience.

Upon arrival the room smelled like cigarettes, and the room next door like weed. Bathroom door was locked and maintenance never came to help, thanks to a bobby pin we got it open. Pictures of the rooms are deceiving. Bathroom was a nightmare, toilet ran all night, bathtub was disgusting, not enough towels, the toilet paper holder was broken, mattresses had a better days, they were sunken, window/AC wall has black mold. There were people grilling outside, making noise all night. Door didn't have inside lock. I felt very insecure staying alone...
