My room was clean. The door was damaged like if someone tried to break in AC unit needs to be replaced other than that I enjoyed my stay

Cheap rooms but felt likeI was in the Projects. Roach infestation did it for me, I’m a truck driver and I really needed was a hot shower and a bed for the night. I took a shower and checked out immediately after. I didn’t really complain because people actually live here and it’s probably very hard to manage the bugs!

Good for the price

The staff at this property are very friendly and very helpful. They bent over backwards to help us out and and even though the stove top doesn’t work in the room, we are grateful for this facility and would stay again and actually extended our stay

If I could give a 0 I would. Stayed there for 3 weeks and even after multiple trips to the front office and talking to different people about arranging room cleaning it never happened, but even once ! This place is so disorganized if room cleaning knocks on your door they expect you to move and get out of the room in one second even though they show up without notice. There’s no schedule as to when they are supposed to come so you better be ready 24/7. This place claim to be an extended stay but doesn’t provide you with anything to make it an extended stay instead of a regular hotel. You have a kitchen but they don’t provide kitchen supply such as plates or anything to cook on. Overall this place deserves 0/5 starts. Staff was rude, not clean at all (roaches all over the place and in the room), not equipped to a extended stay level, such an inconvenience and if you try to get a refund to go a better place they don’t offer refund so you’re forced to stay there if you already paid (which I pre paid in full). Before they say it, no they don’t work with pet control, they don’t maintain the building up to date as even the permit for the elevator is over a year expired, just horrible to stay at.

The staff were really kind I will say that but other than that, if I could give this place 0 stars I would. The entire hotel area looked trashed. I thought it was kind of odd that I was told we take our own trash out (no trash bags btw) and if we didn’t we’d be charged our $100 deposit…. There was FECES outside of the toilet on the ground, bathtub was peeling & stained & baby ROACHES in the sink… also the entire place smelled like urine. I’m not sure if this was an extended stay but that’s what it was giving. Again nothing vs the staff bc the two ladies I spoke with were super sweet and I hope this place pays them decent bc I know the customers they’re coming across are sketch. Overall, even as cheap as I am lol I would never go back… if I’m able to post photos I will.

They seem to be understaffed. The woman who was running the front desk had to also be the one doing housekeeping and checking rooms herself. We needed new bedding and had to wait many hours to get them but only after she argued with housekeeping staff about it. The property wasn’t unkept and the gentleman who did maintenance and cleaning was overworked as he was there alone his entire shift. There were roaches in our room which made us uneasy about having open suitcases and food anywhere. The room we had was in the back side of the hotel so the people hanging around our room outside was daunting when my wife wanted to get something from the car because people were smoking weed outside on the stairs. No security walking the premises so feeling safe wasn’t a thing. I know people live there full time but people planted themselves outside very territorially. The location was great but not for the fear of safety and cleanliness there

Overall a terrible experience. When we arrived our room had a non working Refrigerator so we were moved to an “upgraded” room that was exactly the same but dirtier and the ac was noisy in it. We spent a couple hours waiting on the staff to check other rooms out before we just decided to settle with the noisy ac room. The only upside was the lady working the front desk did do all she could to try to fix the situation except offer a discount for the inconvenience. Lots of people living here full time. Lots of those hanging out on sidewalks/ balconies. WiFi was awful and the smell of marijuana was plentiful

No vending machines

The TV in my room didn't have a remote control, couldn't go to the front desk to get one it closes at 11pm. How can a hotel provide service for customers staying there 24 hours a day

Condition.. It’s been 4 days and my deposit was billed to my CC and I have not received my refund on my CC. The A/C was very noisy & was not able to sleep. No trash bin in the room. Remote missing battery cover. Refrigerator had dents on it.

There wasn’t a trash can in the room/ the microwave did not work/ no pillows
