it was ok! the room was dusty/rough pretty sure we were on the older side

I found 5 cockroaches as soon as I opened the door to settle in; I had to go to reception.

En relacion al precio el hotel esta bastante bien con ,personal amable. Lo que no me gusto es que las toallas estaban un poco pequeñas y se veian viejas.Pero en general estuvo bien.

I had cockroaches in the room. Had one on my face when I was sleeping.

No elevator , parking lot is lock off on one side , and breakfast does run out fast .the staff at front desk was very friendly.

i did not stay because of the filthy condition and they stole my money. they don't answer the phone and they don’t care about the customers. it couldn’t have been a worse experience

El desayuno estaba pobre, no había mucha variedad y todos los días era lo mismo. Waffle, corn flakes y salchicha. Solo eso. Los yogurt estaban vencidos de fecha.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are so very friendly. The prices basically reflect the property maintenance. The building is very outdated. Yeah it is clean and has no bug so we didn't complain too much. He definitely could be cleaner as there are a lot of wear and tear and proof of how old and in need an update is. The air conditioning was terrible. The hallways were way colder than the room we woke up sweaty. It is conveniently located. The hot tub is still in so the pool even though the hours are cut off very early..

Buen servicio. El desayuno está básico pero funciona. Cuando bajamos no había proteína (no se si siempre es así o solo fue que bajamos tarde) pero es buena opción el hotel, muy céntrico. ✨

Not friendly reception desk. They charged my credit card at the check in but provided not receipt. They advertised "business center", but none exist.
