Garnet Inn & Suites, Orlando

DO NOT , I REPEAT …DO NOT stay here unless you are ok with sleeping with roaches. They were crawling all over the bed it was disgusting.. as soon as we return. The lights on the room became alive. Then they tried to give us another room the same thing even worse don’t waste your money or your time. We did not stay we left and notified the front desk of it hopefully they’re not charging us. I wouldn’t put my dog in here to sleep.

Idek where the start. I stayed in one room the ceiling came down on my stuff on the desk. They moved us to a new room then that room the AC wasn’t working. It’s black mold EVERYWHERE. The price is okay if you desperately need it like seriously bad. There was also roaches. I have pictures of EVERYTHINGGG. I asked for a rate adjustment someone named Liz told me I had to wait for Tobias in the morning the morning comes Hilda/helga she has long hair with a few grey hairs and she wears glasses told me he’s off today he was here the previous day. They can’t do anything so I need to contact Expedia. Very unprofessional and trifling. It needs to be shut down someone is going to get sick. Ceiling leaking and they tried to say it was the storm. If I’m in the first floor how is the storm making the previous floor ceiling leaking unless it’s leaking through the roof to us. Then the workers at the front desk was arguing too it’s just too much. They constantly paint over the water damaged and the mold instead of fixing the plumbing issue they’re so trifling. It’s piles and piles of paint and you can tell when you look at the ceiling. I told them I would leave a review as well and they didn’t care lol.

This hotel asked me to leave when my daughter took a Belgium waffle to our room from the hotels free continental breakfast.they said they would refund our money for the two days paid and the security deposit and they did not..I was a good guest.

It was an amazing stay at this hotel. Oh, when I go back, I will stay there again. Loved it loved it loved it.

The breakfast was ok. The beds were super comfortable. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired….mainly corners and walls. Some plugs didn’t work. Had to connect the fridge near the beds to make it work.

Nowhere was it posted I had to check in before 11. I called the number posted on the door for the woman to hang up on me and never checked in. Still haven’t gotten refunded. Looked ran down with drug addicts outside. Don’t bother booking here

The property was good this is our second time renting here and overall we do love it. It’s not a Disney resort but for the price it’s the best around

Every thing very bad.

We appreciated having a place to stay. However the pictures make it a lot more glamorous than it is. It was cute & looked like it really used to be a neat place. We loved accessing the pool straight from our room & being able to have our pup with. However we had to deal with homeless people doing drugs & sleeping on the old mattresses by the dumpster the morning we left as we walked to our vehicle. Not something we were prepared to explain to our 6 year old.
