The front desk clerk that checked in wasn't overly friendly or helpful, and didn't give us any info on the WiFi. Though the hotel was in need of some renovating, it was very clean. The room was very clean with clean sheets, and the AC was quite cool and comfortable. There was a nice size flat-screen TV that included HBO. There was a minifridge, but no coffeemaker in the room, though coffee was always available in the lobby. The ice machine seemed to be out of order, was fixed the following day. The pool and pool area was very clean. There is also a nice fitness center. Plenty of parking outside, though the hotel didn't seem very busy, but they could use a bit more lighting. You had to pay $5 for the small continental breakfast, but with a Dunkin Donuts next door, and a McD's next to DD, we didn't have the hotel's breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, mostly some very good Hispanic and Middle Eastern restaurants, a Miller's Ale House, and the Florida Mall is right down the road. We're not usually in the room all the much, as we're usually out and about, but the room was clean, located close to Sea World and Universal, and even about a 20 minute drive to Disney. For the value, location, a clean room, and a pool, we would stay there again!

The room smelled musty. This place is very old and outdated and falling apart. I was afraid to use the shower. The cops showed up twice. And I ended up leaving with a very nice large key mark on the side of my car.

Room and hotel is clean and close to shopping mall and restaurants. Staff is friendly. Convenience of breakfast, however we did not end up using it. The AC in our room was partially working, not cool enough. We slept with just sheets or no sheets at 61 degrees setting, since the AC was not cooling the room. Outside daytime temperature was 95 degrees. AC needs replacement in room 241.

It's quiet and it's pretty clean no issues with me

I asked to speak with the manager, she was not there, I did speak with her eventually and she said that I would get a refund. I called back several times to speak again with the manager and she was never available. I would not stay here again, I still have not heard back from the manager…..
