Amazing experience

My mother and I recently stayed at the Orlando Palms Hotel (booked through Expedia), and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. Several major issues made our stay unacceptable: Pest Issue: We found a live cockroach on the counter inside our room. Unpleasant Odors: A bad smell lingered throughout the hallways during our entire stay. Dirty Facilities: The pool was visibly dirty and did not look sanitary enough to use. Closed Amenities: The fitness center was completely closed without any prior notice. When I reported these issues to the front desk and asked for a partial refund, the staff told me to email the manager directly. I sent the email as instructed, but management completely ignored it—I never received a reply or follow-up of any kind. Between the lack of cleanliness, missing amenities, and terrible customer service, I cannot recommend this hotel. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Buena localización, deberían mejorar el servicio directo a la habitación, por lo demas es perfecto para el precio ofrecido

It's a nice place and for the price it's worth the stay. It's not the best but the price makes up for that. It's a great alternative when traveling on a budget for say Disney or Universal vacation. A car is a must though. I didn't use any amenities so can't comment on them except it does have a pool. Rooms are cleaned and towels replaced daily also. Only issue is checkin they make u sign this long waiver if I recall was close to 100 points basically waiving them from any responsibility of anything that happens to you while on property and the rules they have. If u read it will take u at least n hour if not longer as I skimmed it. But still a nice place for the price that can't be beat and any other places that offer that price do not look as good as this place. Can only speak on the room they gave me which was good.

Todo estuvo perfecto, deberían de mejorar el área de recibir llamadas, ya que si uno pierde el vuelo y tiene que llamar al hotel es poco probable que atiendan la llamada aparte que se tardan en contestarte los mensajes . Pero en cuanto a la limpieza y el personal un 20/10 son excelentes.

No hot water no accommodation no sense of urgency or concern i was told there were no more rooms available and they would try to find a new room the next day but i was only in town for 1 night. If staff knew there was no active hot water they should not be offering rooms or at least letting guest know ahead of time so they are aware and not caught of guard and have the option to make other arrangements. The room wasnt clean, its was food wrappers maybe from previous guest and the bathroom light did not work

One of the desk personal when asked if there is a breakfast special, they said that there is mo food services. The next morning, there was breakfast services for a fee.

we loved our stay and everything was good for us, we were close to everything we wanted to do in Orlando, which made things easier to get around the hotel was close to everything 15 to 20 min away

the staff is very helpful. the room is very clean, and price is inexpensive. there is nearby transportation to Disneyland, which is very convenient.

Fui a reception y las personas que estaban ahí fueron muy amables!! Dijeron que le dirían al manager y que se comunicarían conmigo y hasta la fecha nadie me ha llamado! La recepción bien!! Las habitaciones viejas y no muy limpias !!!

Not a place that you wanna stay for more than a night, hot water seems to be a ongoing issue, staff are disrespectful but the place was clean.

El hotel era en una buena ubicacion ademas aceptable para el precio, solo deben verificar varios factores de las habitaciones como el agua fria de la ducha no habia agua caliente, la nevera no servia, todas las maquinas de hielo dañadas.
