lots of sketchy people hanging around. lots. no one came to clean the room in my 3 night stay. had to grab soap and towels off the maid cart

Staff, facilities, beds, kitchen. Cleanliness, needs renovation. Flora and bathroom were decrepit.

Well organized and friendly reception, very spacious rooms, very good towels, absolutely quiet room. The hallways may need renovation, and the water in the shower did not work warmer than lukeworm at best. Hotel can be reached from MCO airport by public bus, which is a plus. All in all a good experience.

Great place for the stay for the price. However, I don’t believe it deserves a consistent 8.0 ratings that things have been averaging out to. I have stayed there twice before and will probably stay there again.

The room was clean and had great air conditioning. Unfortunately, the shower curtain doesn’t securely close. The floor would have a huge puddle after the shower. But other than that, the staff were nice and friendly.

I have stayed in this property several times and tbh for tge price it was great as we only would go in the room to rest at the end of our busy day but in this stay it was horrible from day one the toilet and shower were clogged then the internet stopped working which was really bad as I do my work via internet went down several times to the front desk just to be told there's nothing they can do with an attitude the for the cherry untop our hot water was not working and toilet got clogged again very dissapointing as I really liked this property sadly I won't be coming back
