Location was great, glad we could cook and save on eating out where possible. We were so busy visiting Universal and Disney we didn’t get to use the full range of facilities. N/A

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pools were open late and my unit was very comfortable. The balcony was very nice. Wish had a view of the lake. But pool view was good. Like the location(4th floor) My shower did not have hot water. Had to let run for a long time for it just to get warm not hot.

We loved our five night stay at the Foutains.

2 of the 3 pools. The lakes. Ample Car parking. I booked and paid for a superior room which are located in building 10 next to the main family pool, but was allocated a 'premium' room in building 1. In summary, this part of the resort is a dump. The apartment was much smaller than a superior room. It was dirty and smelled bad. Other residents left their trash in the corridor which was rarely collected, making this even worse. The WiFi didn't work so I now have a bill of about $100 to get extra data for my family for the rest of our vacation. Walking out on to the balcony was more like exiting a prison cell in the morning, surrounded in every direction, unlike the view of a family pool or lake as expected. The pool enclosed by building 1 is a simple rectangle, unlike the family pools that we were expecting to be close to, and was filthy. The staff weren't interested in my issues. The blame was directed at booking.com for incorrectly allocating a superior room but I don't believe this. When shopping around before booking this trip, superior rooms were advertised on all of the websites including hotels.com and Expedia. I've been offered $38 as a token gesture by booking.com. More of an insult than compensation out of the $1478 that's been swindled from me.

Bluegreen Resort was amazing. Very clean, very accommodating, the staff checked in on us everyday. They made us we had everything we needed. The pools were amazing, especially with the water slide. The bar drinks (non alcoholic) were great for our family! We were close to Disney and all the accommodations that we wanted to see. Definitely recommend staying here! We will definitely like to come back next year and stay here again.

Great property. It was our second time staying there. Building One was great since it's enclosed with air conditioned hallways. Plenty of pools to choose from, full gym, restaurants on site, an arcade for the kids, close to the tourist areas and outlet shopping, but not much is walkable from the hotel - you will have to drive. Target and more local shopping is about a 5-10 minute drive from this location so it's super convenient. Highly recommended for families. We felt safe and comfortable.

The property was clean and our room was spacious. There are lots of amenities to do onsite.

Beautiful property with sprawling pools & great Orlando location. Loved that the property was very walkable to amenities from every building. No need to move the car around on property like some other large resorts. Rooms were spacious & an outstanding value for the price we paid. Dislikes: Only one elevator was working in the whole building & it sounded as if it were on its last leg. The 'out of order' sign on the other looked pretty dust covered. The slides seemed to close really early & at random times. Wifi seemed to drop a lot, but did improve a bit as the week went along.

Family of 6, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a balcony, building 6, on the 6th floor. Was a great resort, every staff member we came across was nice, they were always working and cleaning. Answered my questions with no hesitation. Only thing was there was only 1 elevator available in our building cause the other one was down, im happy it didnt cause too much of a inconvenience, will come back again for sure

No access to trash, our trash piled up.
-
Great place to spend a family vacation, close to all parks and restaurants. Check-in was smooth and fast. We asked for an upgraded room and got building #9. We will definitely be back on our next family trip to Orlando.

Size of room. Cleanliness. Amount of pools and activities. Not much!

When we should up they gave us a room that wasn’t ready. We waited a few hours at the pool and then went back to the room and had issues with our keys 3 times and it turned out to be the battery in the lock according to security which they never changed as they said they would the whole entire 4 day stay. After getting into the room there was hair still on the bathroom floor and looked liked the room hadn’t been swept. We then had issues with the blender and called for a new one and never showed up. The other major problem was the wifi didn’t work at all the whole entire stay. I called numerous times the front desk and they told me to come to the front and use the wifi. While there I attended one of there presentation as they were recommended by some members but in my opinion the customer service and care is terrible. The last issue was on the last day for check out the cleaning people started knocking and hovering around my door for cleaning when checkout was at 10am. I said some to the cleaning lady that check out wasn’t till 10am and we working on getting out of the room. I had stayed here previously and had better luck but this was a terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend to stay at this resort.
