Bluegreen Vacations Fountains, an Ascend Collection Resort

We had a wonderful time at this resort! friendly and very helpful staff! We had an issue with hot water and they took care of it immediately and without issues. Would go back there we're next time in Orlando, FL. Pools are fun for the entire family. lots of activities for the little ones. close to everything.

The property was really nice. The elevator was broke when we first arrived so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs, and it was also broke when we were leaving so once again, had to carry our luggage down the stairs

The resort is beautiful! Our room was nice and clean, and our bed was soooo comfortable (if you like a softer mattress)! Water pressure is outstanding (if you like water almost at the pressure of a fire hose and we do) and it was great to have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available. Loved having a full kitchen and washer/dryer, and the screened in balcony was perfect. Pool was gorgeous! Would definitely stay here again!

Everything WiFi needs to be fixed or upgraded. I was moved from building 8 to building 2 because I had no wifi at all. Thank you to Christin for going above and beyond!

We arrived later than planned due to our original airplane needing to be replaced with the offboarding and boarding a new plane. We were quickly checked in and taken to our block. However on entry to our room we started to notice that it wasn't finished (brush left out, beds partially made). Once we decided the room definitely wasn't OK we contacted reception and they quickly sent the housekeeping manager to see us. They were shocked that we had been allocated this room (didn't think it had been marked as available due to some maintenance being required) and set about getting us another room which they also took us to. The next room was ready and we were able to unpack. The room / suite was huge, had pretty much everything we needed as regards kitchen utensils. The amenities were all good and we didn't feel that we were being price gouged for anything bought on-site (this may have been in comparison to WC2026 cities).

Great place to stay with a family. Close to Disney parks, sea world and shopping. This is our go to place

The pool with bar & restaurants As soon as we arrived our bedroom patio door would not open 4 maintenance guys later and 2 days later it work by pushing and pulling not easy! 2nd day while sitting at the fire pit we had to call Security because we heard a woman yelling for help. We have stayed at this resort many times but something was off this time , the resort was not as clean, the landscape was not as nice as it used to be , and I did not feel I was as safe as past trips. Probably my last trip to this resort .

We did like everything about this property, the only thing was kind different, we did not have any room cleaning the 3 nights we were there, i did not ask for that because we thought was part the service since we were not in a time share, but the rest was perfect.
