The outside of the holding and the price Everything. The staff, the price for breakfast ($10!), the beds sucked, it was hot, the filters for the AC were disgusting (I own an AC company and it’s one of the first things I check), the TV didn’t work, there were wayyyy too many Tyrones and jarmacus’ there (I was approached to buy weed on their property!!!!), there’s mildew visible all throughout, the tubs were gross and had dirt and hairs in them upon arrival, another guest was in the process of complaining to the front desk when I was checking out about finding huge blood stains on her mattress while trying to get the sheets off for house keeping… altogether is was TERRIBLE

The staff is exceptional, the pool and hot tub is amazing. The only downside is the A/C units in the room do not make the room cold. The building seems to not have central AC. Aside from that the place is easy going and relaxing. HVAC needs revamped. If central air isn’t feasible to be fixed, if they installed mini splits for each floor for the hallways and main sections of the hotel, the window unit type machines in the rooms would probably be able to keep the room temperatures down.

The location Bed you sank in the middle. 1 microwave to serve all guest on every floor Vending machine empty for the whole entire time we were there Swimming pool had no lights for night time swim. No proper towel for pool, they were like a tea towel. Pool was supposed to close at 11pm but what lights there were was turned off at 10:45 pm The smell in the building was disgusting

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The photos and description of the property were misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. The facilities were visibly worn down, dirty, and poorly maintained, and these issues extended throughout the property. The air conditioning unit in our facility was not working properly, which made the stay especially uncomfortable. Because of the overall condition of the property, I had no choice but to leave and find another hotel for myself and my child. What was even more disappointing was the lack of accountability from the property. Despite the circumstances and having to relocate, they did not offer any reimbursement or take responsibility for the issues we experienced. I would not recommend this property. Guests should be aware that the actual condition of the hotel may be very different from what is shown in the photos.
