Air conditioning could have been better

The breakfast offered was terrible. The parking lot was quite a distance from the building and was not well lit.

The staff was friendly It wasnt clean! The towels were dirty, the room smelled like mold. The AC on the first room was not working it was 77 since 3pm to 11pm when i asked to be moved. The other room was “better” but the beds were broken amd super old mattress and so uncomfortable. The AC wasn’t colder that 72

This hotel was definitely in a great location. However everything was pretty outdated. The phones in our room did not work when we tried to call down to front for breakfast option. However after letting staff know about the phone not working they immediately fixed the problem. Breakfast was pretty good and staff was amazing. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR BUILDING to match your customer service. Thank you for the great stay.

The pool was beautiful. The room was nice, clean. The covered porch was a beautiful harbor during the afternoon storm. The hallways were stuffy, warm with a damp smell. I would prefer the breakfast be included in the room. The front desk should be where the entrance is or there should be a driveway to the entrance by the front desk. But none of this would keep me from staying again.

Accommodations were good. Excellent location to all theme parks. Their morning buffet was a typical hotel buffet. Not much to talk about. The food was good though.

Old hotel

No microwave in the room I had to take food all the way down stairs to warm food. There were also ants in my room and the pillow cases were dirty. I never got any room service or anything. I will not book that hotel again.

The place need to be updated, on the outside you cold see the mold running down the exterior walls, we we very disappointed.

This place is old outdated dirty on the outside looks like an abandoned hotel that has no upkeep! Don’t waste your money or time at this hotel!!

The lobby, hallways, and elevators had no air conditioning, making them feel like a sauna. The hotel also had a musty smell, which may have been made worse by the heat. Oddly enough, the hotel was even missing its name on the outside of the building, which added to the neglected appearance. The one bright spot was that the air conditioning in our room worked perfectly, and the staff was friendly and courteous throughout our stay. The pool had potential to be beautiful, but it looked dirty, poorly maintained, and uninviting. With some basic maintenance and renovations, this property could be much more appealing. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay. Unless the hotel undergoes significant renovations and better upkeep, I would not stay here again.

The hall smelled old and musty, and there was no air conditioning, which made it very uncomfortable. The bathroom had a strong sewage or pipe odor, and even the water smelled unpleasant. The Wi-Fi they provided was very weak and barely worked. The towels were very small, and the entrance was confusing because there were no clear signs or directions. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I expected much better.

Price and friendly staff Outdated, smelled bad, AC in main areas/lobby/halls almost non existing, pool bottom dirty and pool towels small and old, cabanas tops missing and no umbrellas on sunny days bad. I had a dirty towel in my bathroom and garbage from previous guest (soap wrap), breakfast bad was all processed food nothing nourishing except coffee/tea and fruits, salt expired date.
