The lights in the bathroom were dim. The hallway was hot no ac? The ac in the room didn’t seem to work well

They don't clean the bathtub and the floor well.

Washroom/Toilet has a stuffy with bad ventillation

Newer motel, clean room and guest areas. Pool needed to be cleaned. Brealfast was good, eggs, sausage, waffles, toast and bagels coffee and juices. Very close to other restaurants. We ate dinner at Cheddars. Close to Sea World entrance and some water parks. Good for the price!

I when like a week ago I like it. Everything was nice and clean and the staff was friendly.

The room presented significant mold growth on both the walls and ceiling, accompanied by a pervasive and unpleasant odor. Upon informing the staff, I was relocated to alternative accommodation which unfortunately proved to be of a lower standard. It is imperative that the facility addresses its humidity control issues, as the current conditions pose a health and safety risk to both guests and employees. I finished canceling my reservation and stayed in another hotel.

Stop for one short night, but everything was very nice. Good price, clean, really comfortable beds. The receptionist was very nice, la Quinta is very lucky to have someone like her.

When I arrived at the hotel, the representative informed me that they could not find my name or reservation in their system. I immediately contacted Expedia to resolve the issue. I was on the phone with an Expedia representative for over an hour while they attempted to sort everything out with the hotel. While I was waiting, the hotel representative informed me that the hotel was sold out for the night. This was extremely frustrating because I had already driven nearly 8 hours based on the understanding that I had a confirmed reservation. After spending more than an hour on the phone, the Expedia representative eventually informed me that he was unable to get in contact with someone from the hotel/IVR system to resolve the situation. At that point, I was left without a room after traveling all day and having already spent hours trying to get the reservation honored. This was an unacceptable experience. I booked through Expedia in good faith, received a reservation, traveled nearly 8 hours, and arrived expecting the room I had paid for. Instead, I was left stranded and forced to deal with an issue that should have been resolved between Expedia and the hotel. I strongly recommend that Expedia and the hotel communicate better regarding reservations and availability.

The property of the outsider is okay however, specific to the bathroom smells like throw up the pipes don’t seem like they were clean

Everything good

Room smelled weird, dirty, moldy upon check in. We changed to a different room but it still had a weird dirty smell. We only stayed one night and left asap!

Looked brand new and everything went smoothly with checking in and the stay.

It was really clean and very nice rooms
