Location- close to theme parks. Odette was very helpful and understanding. Stained sheets and beg bugs. Fridge wouldn't get cold.

Superb

The hotel was modern. The room was clean and was large. The AC in the room was very noisy and the controls were overly complicated. A simple speed, temperature and on/off control is all that’s needed. We slept with it turned off. Odette on reception was superb! She couldn’t have been more helpful.

We were disappointed with breakfast but our room was great! Bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool closes at 7pm which was also a little disappointing but they have a hot tub which is so hard to find in florida. Overall I would recommend this hotel. And the location is very convenient.

If you want to book somewhere it smells like feet and humidity THIS IS YOUR HOTEL! The staff specially at night is the worst, tv not working, restroom vent not working, and smell horrible! Not to mention they will talk spanish thinking you don’t know spanish too! & DEPOSIT has not been return! More than 8+ days have passed.

Everything is ok except the bathroom shower, mold on caulking and tile grout. Lotion, shampoo bottles were empty. The tile floor is soiled, unmopped. Clean bathrooms contribute to a positive guest experience and good hotel reputation but this one didn't meet it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The hotel seemed to be kept and quiet for the most part. However, some of the guest were loud. The air conditioning system was working the first day but not the second.

The breakfast was a little lacking, no muffins, bagels, small pastries etc no bacon as mentioned

Staff were great. The room wasn't clean enough in the corners; vacuuming won't reach them and they need to sweep. Big chunks of food and crumbs in corners. The shower was a tiny trickle so it needs to be fixed. And, the bathroom had an undercurrent bad odor, like bad pipes. Otherwise it was adequate.
