Nice, clean

I have stayed at this hotel before two years ago and it was perfect however this time it was a little different. Had trouble getting into my room but it was quickly resolved. The customer service was amazing. The bed was sooooo comfortable. The bathroom had some issues; shower sucked. The toilet handle kept falling off so the roll would be on the floor often and caused an inconvenience. Other than that it was great. I would come back and recommend it to others.

The hotel staff was excellent especially the overnight crew

I arrived late the property the property was clean. I got in and I went to sleep. I’ve woke up in the morning before I left. The concierge was amazing so helpful so nice smiling all the time that is my five star.

Overall stay was nice. Room was not as clean as I would have expected upon arrival but staff did address my concerns right away.

Had an issue with the toilet but got resolved within 30 mins!

Bad experience, will never stay at this place again, no water to shower, the water was literally dripping, no internet, place smell bad. Disappointed!

The staff was great, however the 3rd shift gentleman could use a little more training in customer service. The daytime manager was absolutely amazing, she went out her way in assisting with a situation I had. Overall staff was great and very personable except for that 3rd shift gentleman…and I use that term lightly.

A bigger Fridge

Entire experience was exceptional. Looking forward to booking my next stay.

They could not give us the room we booked but moved us for the 2nd night. They comped us the breakfast for 1 day as a goodwill gesture. Angela was great at assisting us. Bar was not open yet, staff training taking place. Convenient, free parking.

Staff

The staff was friendly and accommodating.The room was clean and spacious. The air-conditioner in the room leaked on the floor, but it was not a major issue. The ladder for the bunk beds were not sturdy. And parking at night was an issue not enough spaces. I would recommend this property to families and those traveling for the main Orlando attractions.

The breakfast was not good/not worth paying for. The pool is small, the AC unit in room was leaking since we arrived, was changed and there was still water all over the floor the entire time I was there. Staff came/gave towels to dry it but wasn’t ever fixed.

Love that they will hold your luggage until check in if you have other plans in the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was so clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Did a little workout in their gym and swam in the pool. So excited we could all stay together as a family since the room has 2 queen beds and bunkbeds.

Very Nice. Clean room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Accomodating & pleasant staff. We did not have breakfast, just good, hot coffee. Parking was ample.

Great price and location.

Room was clean. Bathroom (shower) was gross, black curly hair on the shower wall and corners of the shower. Toilet paper roll holder didn’t work so our toilet paper was always on the floor (gross). Door lock cover thing fell off randomly the day we checked in. Called front desk to report the issues and they said they told maintenance but we stayed 5 days and maintenance never came. Pool was cloudy and dirty all 5 days. Treadmills worked in workout room thankfully but were rusted and painted over. Breakfast ($15/day per person) was powdered eggs, bacon-looked like it was still alive, dried out sausage patties, waffle maker, roasted potatoes were good. All 5 days it was the same breakfast. Always ran out of plates, bacon, and syrup and had to stand there waiting for refills every single morning. Staff was friendly and kind.
