I wish it could be free breakfast and better coffee and tea station at the reception area

The staff at Tryp were amazing-so helpful and kind, checking in and during my stay. The room was large and well-appointed, but the amenities were a little lacking (only two mini shampoo/conditioner bottles for the whole week). The bottles were so small that I couldn't get anything out of them, so I had to go to the store to buy some travel items. Just FYI-there are no close stores or restaurants; you will have to Uber. Overall, I would stay here again if I am ever in Orlando again for work; I am not sure if I would stay here for vacation if I didn't have a rental car.

Was very nice bunkbed ladder was the right idea just maybe consider going for wooden ladders lol they kinda hurt ur shins and feet. Wish there was a hot tub and better cell service but everyone was nice and it was a cool set up

This hotel was amazing! Very clean rooms and excellent location. The staff is what made it so enjoyable. They went above and beyond during the whole stay. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Orlando.

The hotel was an excellent business hotel. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was perfect. They always had the right amount of bacon. It was very easy, you just went and grabbed what you wanted to eat. It is a little bare bones but a good traveling hotel.

I liked the fact that it had free parking compared to some other the other hotels where parking is at a daily rate. Check in went smoothly. The beds are a little lower than what I would like but no biggie. I felt as though pool towels should’ve been at the pool, I asked the receptionist for towels and was told they would get back to me , they never did. Had to walk back to room wet. The elevators were broke. I found this to be a huge inconvenience . Luckily , our luggage was already inside the room. Other than that, I don’t have any other complaints . Fair stay

Tryp Hotel was in a great location and offered the usual amenities. What made this hotel stand out was the Staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and eager to help. We were greeted warmly every time we entered or left the building. Minor issues with the room were handled quickly. The decor is modern, minimalist and attractive. The room was large, towels were fluffy and soft. My family really doesn’t need a 5 star hotel at a big price. But at this hotel the rooms may have provided a solid 4 star experience, but the staff was 5 star all the way.

The staff were the saving grace to our trip, as their politeness and friendliness were superior to any hotel I've ever stayed at. They were amazing! Would have been nice to enjoy a drink or two each night at the bar, but maybe they'll fix that issue soon. My rating would have been a perfect 5 had those items been available.

Staff and parking were great. Hotel was up to date and for the most part well kept and clean. I would stay again.

Try served my purpose. The only negative was that the elevator was not working. My room should have discounted for the inconvenience.

Once they get that elevator sorted out they woukd be up there with the rest of them. Courteous and very helpful staff, even though the elevator was not functional they did provide guests with concessions like free or discounted breakfast which were commendable. My issues with the shower faucet, Ac Unit and the iron were fixed and replaced promptly and the environment was clean and conducive to my work/leisure activities.
