The rooms were very clean and very spacious. The staff was friendly and very unobtrusive. The breakfast was amazing with made to order eggs and all other kinds of goodies. Plan on coming back soon.

We have stayed at other Elements before but this one was not as good. We thought we were getting a room with a sofa we did not. At reception there were no warm cookies just water and coffee. For breakfast the dining setup felt disorganized and chaotic . Seating was not as comfortable. Having to pay for Parking was another surprise. This experience has turned us off staying at the Element

The property was clean, quiet, and conveniently located near many restaurants and attractions. However, the downside of my stay was that the air conditioner in my room stopped working. I reported the issue to the hotel staff, but unfortunately, it was not repaired during my stay. As a result, I had to sleep in an uncomfortably hot room. While I appreciated the cleanliness and location of the property, the lack of working air conditioning significantly affected my overall experience.

10/10! Everything was clean, everyone was nice and friendly. They waived the parking fees this weekend as a complimentary benefit. We needed more towels and wash clothes and got them immediately. Any questions I had were answered immediately. Overall great experience. We will definitely be back !
