Breakfast was 6/10, service was delightful, you all should include a better range of fruits. Room was 10/10, comfortable and view was amazing. Everywhere and everything was clean and well kept. looking forward to our next visit, my family and myself thanks you. Everything was amazing and clean, my son had a blast especially playing in the pool. The check in and check out procedure was very easy. I would recommend it to anyone.

The air conditioning never cooled properly, and the bathroom lights cast a yellow glow, making it difficult to shave or for my wife to apply her makeup.

Friendly helpful staff, breakfast was decent range though it finished sharply. Shuttle service was great No bar or lounge that wouldve been great to just sit and relax with a drink after busy days at the parks

The location of this hotel is really amazing. Walkable distance to Sea World, Aquatica and Discovery's Cove. And if not there's the I-Trolley bus stop 2 mins walk from the front door. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Also room was very clean and surprisingly big. Would give 5 stars but it was still a basic hotel meaning nothing super grandiose about it. But still, if your not looking for luxury, very awesome hotel. I would definitely stay there again!! 👍

Both my legs are completely bit up. I got checked my a doctor and they are saying it’s bed bug bites! I highly upset and will not be recommending this location or booking here again! We also seen a huge cockroach upon departing.
