Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando at SeaWorld by IHG

Todo estuvo perfecto. El personal muy amable y atentos. La habitación limpia, hermosa. La pisina espectacular. Los desayunos. Y el lundry me encanto todo. El año q viene vuelvo.

The negative: one of the 2 elevators was broken for the entire holiday weekend. I ended taking the stairs with my wife and kids because the hotel was at full capacity and I grew a beard waiting for the elevator to come. The hot water in the shower worked whenever it felt like it which was seldomly...that really sucked. The pool deck around the lounge chairs closest to the hotel were surrounded by ant piles. The guy at the desk on thurs night could care less. The Marriott pool next door which is accessible thru the holiday inn was more inviting and had a bar even though the bartender was more difficult to find than a wanted fugitive. When is asked the front desk about there whereabouts...."oh she's on break"......over an hr. I ended up just driving to the wawa close by. My kids had a great time because they dont have a worry and a care in the world as long as it's not thundering. I will try the other 3-4 hotels that are next door before I ever come here again. Out of everything, it was just that the staff could care less is WHAT BOTHERED ME THE MOST. I'm a first responder customer service is my #1 priority once I'm on duty. Guillermo was kind but only him

Espectacular

Great stay; comfy rooms; pretty good on the clean; good included breakfast and shuttle service to sea world/aquatica/discovery cove!! Have stayed here a few times for the value and perks good stay and prizes.

Great location for park and food Charged for parking overall good

It was very close to Acquatica and Sea World. Someone entered our room when we went to dinner and left the door open. It was not housekeeping because they came that morning. The staff was very unconcerned. We did not feel safe and will never stay there again.

Clean and eat friendly staff The breakfast offerings could have been better. Not great flavor m. We made it work. The oatmeal was good.

We had a great stay the only complaint I have is after paying to stay you are also hit with a parking fee for each day you stay.

Everything was excellent! The air was not cooling properly and the maintenance crew corrected the problem immediately 👍👍

Breakfast was amazing, staff was great, pool was clean, did an excellent job cleaning rooms during our stay. Laundry was out of service

Overall great experience. I appreciate the shuttle to the theme park. I also LOVED having a bunk bed, I’ve never knew this was ever an option but it great for families. I don’t like paying for parking.

Very clean

The location was great. Right next to Seaworld and we had some restaurants right in front of the hotel. Our room was spacious and the view was fantastic. The breakfast was really unorganized. People waited forever for their pancakes. The shower could’ve been a littler cleaner.

Friendly staff and close to sea world N/a

I have no complaints. My stay was fine. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. I didn't like the idea of having to park in the rear, but that is not an issue. I also felt that parking should have been included in the price. I should not have to pay $20 a night for staying on property that I'm paying for.

The close location to Seaworld and the outlet mall. We have no suggestions for improvement.

The location was perfect! Plenty of restaurants and coffee places within easy walking distance. The property was clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff was helpful.
