TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando at SeaWorld

I paid for a luxury queen suit and only received a studio queen so I had no setter to sit on the only other thing was paper plates and plastic knifes and forks at the breakfast I did ask for a proper plate and knife and fork but they did not have any

It was close to Seaworld. And they did do their best to try and put our rooms close together and atleast 2 rooms on the same floor. The rooms online appear to look way more spacious than what we had. Breakfast was disappointing especially for children. It was hard to under standing the staff.( language) Housekeeping came in without our knowledge. They didn't clean ( which we didn't expect) but just left a few clean towels. And we we NOT aware there was an additional parking charge for each vehicle. We had 3 rooms , 3 vehicles, $20 each day For a Marriott, I was alittle disappointed. I believe FRAN, was the only one that seemed to help with everything and everyone!

The pool was great! We had a great time swimming! It was comfortable. We did not like the parking fee of 20$ per day per vehicle. It would also be nice if they could make more handicap spots.

Close to attractions Refrigerator door would not close, air-conditioning was not consistent, room was warm & humid.. room temperature inside room was 78. We moved 3 times and atill room was hot & uncomfortable. Room thermostat was not contacting to window. A/C we put the air conditioner to 68 atill the room thermostat on wall would say 75-80 degrees.

That it was very close to the attractions. The staff was awesome. There was very limited parking. and a furniture was pretty outdated.

Property was close by many attractions, including Disney, universal and obviously sea world. I’ll recommended and will come back in the future. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Super clean hotel. Great for family of four like mine. The only thing I’ll suggest it’s to change the breakfast menu at least on the weekends. I stay for 5 days and was getting tired of eating the same thing over and over.

Coffee only available in the morning. No safe in room. We were charged a $45. Fee to check in 2 hours early and the room was all ready available We are Marriot members. We will not be using Marriot in the future.

I like that it was close to restaurants and convenience stores. That everything you had to pay for. For example after hrs at the other hotel I stayed at tea and coffee was provided to the guest for free.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff are very nice ,and professional. They should improve breakfast meals, and be able to offer lemon or orange water, and coffee all day .

Great location, very close to the Seaworld and Aquatica Parks

Went with my two small children and they loved the pool area! It’s convenient close to the parks. The staff was friendly and helpful

We stayed for one night upon arrival in Orlando. Easy access and comfortable room, big beds. The included breakfast is not good. Plastic cutlery and polystyrene plates. Very wasteful. Bathroom small and tired, pillows uncomfortable.
