Close to where I needed it to be Elevator broke. One bartender for too many people

Good location for Universal and Disney guests, excellent for Sea world guests. Fair breakfast. An outdated hotel, time for a comprehensive renovation!!!

Location was perfect for us! Room was great size, good breakfast Bathroom was a bit small, only 1 working elevator

Great location. Several restaurants within walking distance. The room was larger than most with a large bathroom and full kitchen. Only one elevator was operating making it difficult to get anywhere as it was usually full. The towel rack was extremely rusty. The shower did not fully shut off.

Access Breakfast was barely acceptable. The only edible stuff was the waffles. But no Nutella....The rest was icky. Please set up croissants, ham, cheese, a choice of fruits, and a variety of fruit juices, not just orange or apple. One elevator was out of order. No sign of a technician on their way... So the morning rush hour was awful. An elevator issue in a hotel like that should be dealt with within 4 hours.

The location, clean , good breakfast and comfortable and clean beds. But if you book with a 3 party apps/ example booking.com. Make sure you check your receipt before leaving the place, because they try to change the price or add more money that what it is. It happen to me. Everything

The breakfast was the best part of the whole stay. Being the rooms have full kitchens, literally full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. you have a terrible odor of food and I mean fish. It was really gross and it never went away. They do not put on the air in the hallways so it’s ridiculously hot. when we first checked in, we were given a piece of paper and on it it said parking was $20 per day. Expedia paperwork says parking is $15 per day. I brought it to their attention the guy that checked us in ask how long ago was that I booked the room, which is only been two weeks and said they changed the prices last year and said that he would change it on the paperwork and got on the computer and did a lot of typing but typed nothing because when we checked out, he didn’t correct anything. The lady who checked us out Sacha was so wonderful. The breakfast and Sasha was the two best things out of the whole experience.

I loved the staff. they were always on task. Amazing price and location, with gas stations, restaurants and pharmacies close by. The lobby, breakfast and pool area were pretty clean and organized. The room was clean and spacious. The air conditioning was leaking on room 603 badly. It cause my friend an my fiancée some respiratory irritation. The carpet remained wet the whole time.
