So Nice!!! Loveeeeeeeee

Clean, friendly, andclose to attractions Charged for parking and breakfast could have been better. Waffle mix seemed watered down and therefore did not cook properly all the through. Hash browns and potatoes seemed microwaved and unappealing, fruit topping seemed old or of low quality canned

The property is pretty and nicely maintained. The breakfast and food from the hotel and pool bar was horrible. The pool closed at dusk so by the time you got back from the parks you could not use the pool or hot tub. Came home from the park after 4 :00 to our room not made up yet. I just told them not to bother at that point. Staff was polite but obvious the upper management is non existent

I had a great experience and loved the hotel I would definitely be booking again in the future!

Our stay was great and the property was very well kept. We had an awesome time and will surely be back. Very clean room and staff was very nice.

The reception staff were very friendly. They assisted us with everything, provided guidance, and recommended two excellent restaurants. The housekeeping service provided by Vilmary was excellent; the room was left spotless. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We hope to return soon. 😊

Nice, clean, convenient location. Nothing in the Expedia description about the $20 parking fee. Overall very nice stay.

The room was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was phenomenal. It was overall a great stay. Looking to go back again

Exceptional

Everything Everything was nice

Habitaciones cómodas y limpias, el personal muy amable

The property was very nice however I was there 4 nights and the only cleaned my room one time. When I complained the 3 rd day they said they only clean it every other day and I should have been told at check in. I wasn't. Unacceptable. They offered me towels instead. Ridiculous. Also the pool was closed for cleaning. No notice was extended to the guests. We asked why all they said was use holiday inn down the block. How rude. Won't be staying here anymore.

Todo fue perfecto

Everything was nice and clean, the employees are really nice and check in & check out was easy.

Comfy bed, pay for parking per night

The staff seemed overwhelmed. I tried to check in approximately 5pm. There were 3 ladies at the desk helping and 3 people ahead of me. Took a while to check in but they were kind enough to add a bag with water and snacks to help apologize for the wait. However, when we got to our room - as soon as we opened the door, the room smelled like cat urine. It hit you as soon as you opened the door. I also ordered a room with one king bed and a pull out sofa. We got 2 double beds and no sofa. We didn’t have time to deal with it because we were already running late for the concert we were in town for (this was my mistake). We got back to the hotel around 1130. There was only one lady working the counter and multiple people ahead of me. I heard her tell someone ahead of me that they were completely sold out and only had one housekeeper. She was also very overwhelmed. When it was finally my turn I told her my situation and she said I should have immediately complained. I explained to her that I didn’t have time as we were already running late and I had already waited quite a while. I told her we normally stay at this hotel when in Orlando because the rooms are always clean. Cat urine smell is not clean. She sent housekeeping to spray some air freshener and offered to refund my $20 parking fee. Definitely our worst experience. Not sure if we will be back. Also couldn’t book through the hotel directly because it kept changing my date from Saturday night to Friday night. Breakfast was ok

Hotel super clean! Staff super helpful and welcoming! Only one elevator was working and sounded like it needed serviced, by the end of the trip i was more inclined to take the stairs.

The fridge in the room made a weird noise. There was a baby crying for 30ish minutes that we could here between the wall
