Very clean

Clean room. Helpful staff.

One month later, and I’m still actively dealing with a dispute. Long story short. I got a room there and discovered period blood in the bed you would think that would be some sort of biohazard to where they would at least give me a refund. I’ll give credit to the man that was at the front desk at night, who was very apologetic and got me clean sheets and did explain. He was not able to move me to a new room due to the fact that they were fully booked, but had dealt with their management and management lied to me and gave me Marriott reward points and she told me it would equal out to three nights who happened to be some sales lady that stepped in when I called Marriott To confirm my points my points only came out about $20 worth. I kept calling to talk to the general manager or a manager of that hotel and nobody answered nobody would return my calls for a week. I kept leaving messages at the front desk for a phone call back and I got nothing. I end up calling Marriott and they still made it seem like I was a nuisance for giving them a call, at the end of the day, there was blood in the bed. I was sleeping in and I just wanted a refund It’s pretty sad when that’s probably a legitimate reason to give a refund

The facilty was clean and well maintained. The staff was pleasant, professional, and helpful. All requests were handled in a timely manner. Overall great stay!

Bathroom wasn't a separate room which added to the humidity of the room.

516 ac would ot cool down and water accumulated around the ac. The sink was clogged and drained super slow

The room was clean and all hotel staff were very friendly. It was super close to Seaworld and only about 15 minutes from Disney World

The room was clean, surprisingly just as it shows in photo. Rooms are spacious. Only complaint with rooms is there wasn’t a dresser if one wanted, I live out my suitcase. Didn’t try breakfast. Definitely perfect location to Sea World and Aquatica with free transfer. Close to the ITrolley stops. Walking distance to fast food restaurants and sit down options. Very centrally located to everything. Would stay again staff helpful and tentative. No issues.

El Hotel está muy bien Ubicado, cerca de los parques de Aquatica y Seaworld. Las amenidades como piscina se veían muy bien. Lo único q no me gustó fue la limpieza. Les exhorto a q supervisen las personas q limpian ya q no están haciendo bien su trabajo y así puedan mejorarlo. Por lo demás muy bueno.

The staff and management was so amazing, at another hotel our room flooded the first night of our honeymoon,aloft employees went above and beyond making us comfortable and saving our honeymoon. They even sent a bottle of wine to our room to congratulate us. For this family, this will be were we stay every trip in our future. Their hospitality and kindness made the trip salvagable.

A great option for Orlando travelers! Lots of shops nearby to walk to if you forgot anything! But the real selling point was Miranda at the front desk!! She was so kind, helpful and mad a hotel feel like home! The property was great but the people made it exceptional!

Never clean the room, just change the towels
