The room was very clean- it was set up differently that I’m use too- but it was cool - bed was very comfortable The shower head was janky and there was no water pressure

Convienent Splash pad was not working. There was hair in the shower that was not mine

It would have been nice if I was told when I made this reservation over the phone that in addition to my room fee that I would be charged an additional $50 or $75 at check in as a security deposit in case I damaged anything, and why do I have to wait an additional 5-7 days for the hotel to return it to my charge account. Also, they would not take cash which they could have returned to me when I was leaving if I left the room unharmed. I was not prepared for this additional fee which I could have put into my preplanning had I known ahead of time. I am an 80-year-old widow traveling alone, and I am on a fixed income. I have never been charged an additional fee like this before from any other hotel. The other item I was not pleased with was breakfast which was only snack bars when I got there. The staff that I was in contact with was not very pleasant. I only stayed one night as I was traveling to various Florida locations. I usually don't like first impressions, but this was all I had to go by on this stop. I left early the next morning for Fort Myers. Very disappointed.
