Our room was clean and had a decent amount of space. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a plethora of options to make about anyone happy!

I liked That it had I Starbucks inside and the pool was a nice addition Room felt dirty and sliding doors in room were wobbly, floors were sticky, room and sheets smell Musty. And the shower had missing knobs

Close location to sea world and food locations. Room was clean, had mini fridge and microwave. Pool area should be bigger but it works and would be nice if more parking in the front...tub wayyy to small, I'm 5'8 and had trouble. But would stay again, they do charge for parking we thought it was free.

Front desk staff was extremely friendly and available. Breakfast was also good with breakfast tacos which is different and multiple waffle makers is awesome!

Everything was very nice except for the frosted privacy doors on the bathroom and shower. There was no way to provide a very dim light in the room to be used as a night light. We had young children and I had to leave the light on as a night light which provide way too much light bleeding through the frosted glass. Aside from that the price was good and all else was good!

The only downside was the frosted glass doors on shower/bathroom doors. Typically, I would leave a light on in there at night with the door barely cracked to provide a night light. Being in a hotel, it is quite disorienting to get up and stumble through the room. It allowed way too much light! No other avenue to provide dim lighting in the room.

Perfect location , super close to Seaworld , staff very helpful and nice , breakfast gear, clean , pool and amenities and hot tub is the best. Bar and transportation to and from Seaworld is great. All rooms are suites , very big , clean and comfortable. Thank you

Friendly and accommodating staff. Easy to reach Sea World, Aquatica and Discovery Cove and on the I-Trolley bus route. On site food options were limited for dinner but there were several fast food and dine in establishments within a few minutes walk. We particularly recommend the Firehouse Subs and the Mellow Mushroom. Nice small pool (shared with next door hotel) and covered terrace to enjoy evenings outside. The solution to a faulty air con unit causing a damp patch on the carpet and a strong musty smell was a fan. Resolved after a second complaint the next day. Breakfast options were limited and the cooked breakfast of poor quality.

Very quiet place, if you are doing Seaworld or Discovery Cove this place is ideal. The only downfall was ice machine was down on our floor.
