Great hotel! The staff is SO FRIENDLY! Location is perfect. The pool was a nice way to end the day! Restaurants are within distance!

This location and hotel never disappoint us! It’s the perfect place for a family vacation. Everything was a 10/10—from the accommodations and amenities to the service. We always have an amazing time.

We enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to Seaworld but not necessarily a close walk. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Nice to have two separate doors for the bathroom (showers and toilet separate). Complementary breakfast is also a bonus and the food at the restaurant was really good.

Breakfast was nice, but only served till 9:30. Gym was nice and clean and had a great selection of machines and equipment. Pool was great!

How close it was to seaworld. The rooms smelled great. Everything was very clean. Everything was great, The only thing we don’t care for was they gave our room away and we ended up over at the Fairfield sister property instead without them notifying us.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We didn’t have to move our vehicle because the hotel offered a shuttle service to Seaworld and Aquatica. TGI Friday and Buffalo Wild Wings were walking distance from the hotel.

The room layout was perfect with the toilet separate from the shower. Everyone was so friendly! A perfect stay!

Convenient to everything

Staff were very friendly and courteous, breakfast was very good and filling, plenty of area for everyone to sit. Our room was very clean, beds were comfortable and the pool area was great for the kids. Right next door to SeaWorld and Aquatica, it is a great location. The vents in the bathrooms were not working so steam was getting trapped from the shower. Also, the shower head was not tightened properly so water shot everywhere when we turned the shower on, we tightened it and it fixed the problem but we had to get water off of the ceiling. Nothing major at all, we would definitely stay here again!

Only downside was the shuttle was a third party and very difficult to schedule. Ended up driving and paying to park at area amusement parks.

The room smelled like dirty locker room. It could use a good clean. The towels had stains and looked like they were sitting in the same cubby for months without being refreshed/replaced. Only had one wash cloth in a 5/6 person suite. The shower wasn’t nasty but could use some TLC scrubbing, maybe even some bleach. The breakfast was decent but so crowded. Maybe more staff needed? It was mess scattered all over the breakfast bar where you make waffles. The waffle mix and syrup was out at 8:45AM. 3/5 is a fair realistic rating.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were some of the cleanest that I’ve ever seen. NA
