Encanto todo, las instalaciones son excelentes! La Vista desde las habitaciones me encanto se puede observar la parte interior del hotel! El restaurante el lobby! Y el personal muy profesional

I thought the restaurants were great and the room was large for my family of 4. My only complaint was that there was a dance competition going on and the lobby was a mess. I wasn't aware of the competition. I'm sure normally it is very nice.

Their restaurants were hardly open - close by 10 every night: they refused to take an order at 935 pm for take away: their cafe is open very short hours as well.

Breakfast was delicious, all the staff was amazing specially the lady that made the omelette, all of them was really nice

The rooms need to updated, mold in the bathroom. Thin walls, people walking up and down hallways at 3 am.

The hotel is nice. We were busy in parks so we didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities but the room was clean and comfortable.

It was great. Every night we watched the Sea World drone / fireworks show from our balcony. Plus, we were able to watch some other fireworks more north.

It was a fine hotel but a bit old. The bathroom in the room needed an update.

We love staying at this hotel. Walk across the street to Sea World. Hotel has excellent restaurants and a beautiful pool area.

It was extremely close to Seaworld and Aquatica. I loved that check out was at 11am so we had time to go to the pool one last time before our departure. Also, the resort was very clean and had a lot to offer. Not to mention the price waa amazing. Nothing. Everything was great!

Very nice inside clean. I booked a room with two queen beds and my room was given away and ended up with one king bed for 3 guest.

Love this hotel! Can’t beat the proximity to SeaWorld. Beautiful hotel, kind helpful staff, our dog was welcome, comfy mattresses, large rooms. Gym is very nice, Starbucks right there doesn’t hurt! We are new Floridians so still enjoying all the vacation stuff. This was our second stay! We will definitely be back.
