Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are quite large which is wonderful for our family of five. We requested a rollaway bed and still had plenty of room to move around. The shuttles to the nearby attractions are also a great amenity.

Difficult to get ice. Showerhead not adjustable. Parking expensive. Nice looking property. Staff was great. Was given balcony to back area outside. Main building AC to loud to hang out in balcony area. Very nice lobby and building

The entire hotel is excellent staff restaurants amenities parking everything but the breakfast is the reason I booked the chef and his staff deserve recognition my wife and chose your hotel because of how much we enjoyed breakfast on our first visit

Good I booked a parlor the bed a foldable bed as a king pillows throughout the night keep falling back due to no head board for the price I paid should of had a normal bed

Great staff, clean room. Family friendly setting. Amazing breakfast.

The highlight was the pool setup, especially having dedicated water play areas for both toddlers and older kids. That said, both the main pool and splash areas could definitely use a little TLC and better maintenance, as we noticed a fair amount of leaves and debris floating in the water. A few minor inconveniences stood out during our visit. The ice machines were located quite far from our room, making ice runs a bit of a trek. Additionally, while on-site parking was plentiful, having to pay for parking is always a downside. Despite those small issues, it is a solid, family-friendly hotel and worth considering for a stay.

Great location. hotel was very clean. Food and service is very good. Staff very courteous and friendly. only issue was finding an ice machine. Many of them had been removed. Not sure if temporary?

It was an overall great experience for me and family. Directly across the street from SeaWorld which made it so convenient to travel without driving. We are definitely looking forward to visiting again

It smelled AMAZING upon arrival and throughout the hotel!!!! The Food was delicious. The Pool area….Zenful!!!! That I couldn’t stay LONGER!!!

I'm very upset I now have a bill of over 700$ that I was not told I would be charged and I also have charges of valet that I never used and parking fees were never discussed I was asked if I had a car and told to use my key to enter lot
