Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld

The overall stay was nice, the staff very helpful . Unfortunately, the parking fee per day and the resort fee per day cost more than my room. Which is very disappointing.

Terrible the attention of the reception staff at check in, apart from that they charged me the entire price of the stay without informing that the spa was under remodeling (closed) and it was one of the main things for which I paid the night of stay ..., in addition to that a disgusting in the rooms were full of dust ... in the air I did the test with a lamp at night and I could see the dirt. in addition it gave us allergy, the carpet and the smell that emanated from the room when opening the entrance door was stored, dirty and dusty, please replace the carpets or place floating floor .. in conclusion they charge too expensive for what they provide the rooms are nothing great or updated ..

I liked the property, it's a nice hotel but I booked a balcony room for the 4th of July and they didn't give us a balcony room. They did was give us free parking for the inconvenience, which is nice, but that's not what I paid for. Unacceptable honestly.

Booked a room for daughter's birthday and did not get the room I paid for. No help from staff. A/C barely worked. Carpet and furniture were gross.

An awesome family experience for a 4th of July weekend. The hotel and staff really know how you celebrate our freedom. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks for everything and God bless.

The cost of the parking was the only negative.

We had a great experience staying at the Renaissance. Convenient location to Sea World; rooms were clean and comfortable, food was good in the restaurant and the kids loved the slides at the kids section of the pool.

They had a great breakfast restaurant that served excellent food but is very pricey. The bar areas were nice and there was a place to get Starbuck like beverages, sandwiches and pizza. The food was good and the staff very friendly. The pool area was beautiful and very large. The hot tub jets didn't work but it was very warm. There were a lot of seating and a bar area where you could get food and beverages. Again, the staff was very accommodating. Seaworld was across the street, and the hotel sold tickets in the lobby so that's convenient. Avoid the sales pitch for Marriot vacation club to get a 200$ gift card if you come to a 90-minute presentation.

Always our favorite place to stay

Upon arriving at 12am. We had to wait 1 hour to checkin because the computers were down. When I finally got to my room, it was hot 78 degrees and the linen smelled like wet hair and I paid for a balcony and one wasn’t available. Management changed my room. The new room was not a balcony and the lien still smelled like wet hair. The bathroom ceiling appeared to have a leak. Overall, I was not happy with my experience. To top it off, I had to pay a resort free and a parking fee for each night I stayed, I was not informed when I booked. This wouldn’t haven’t been an issue if the quality of the room was better!

Kids splash area was super cute but could use an update

I like the restaurants the breakfast was really cool and it was a beautiful scenery. The rooms had some messy spots no bags in the garbage can finger smudge all over everything. N/A

Enjoyed everything about the hotel with one exception. The prices in the resturants were unbelievably high. $25 for a burger ? No thanks. That alone will have me going elsewhere.

The property is so open and the balconies in the bedrooms looking over the “indoor plaza” was sweet. We hated that the pool bar closes at 6:00pm everyday. I understand if on a regular basis this works for the hotel BUT on special events when you are sold out and have Nationals dance competition it’s should be a given to extend the bar hours. The adults accompanying their children after a long day of dance don’t want to get out of the pool, dry up, walk into one of the hotel restaurants, order to go, wait for their food, come back to the pool and repeat if necessary for drinks etc.
