Clean and great location. Friendly staff as well.

The breakfast had many options for everyone! I would definitely stay at this hotel again for a Universal Vacation. The only drawback is that the shuttle only takes you to the parks at 7:40am and takes you home when the parks close. That was a main reason I booked this hotel, but ended up using Lyft the whole time. The schedule wasn't very clear online. I was also very rushed out at checkout. There was absolutely no late check outs (which I understand) but it was literally the minute of check out when I got a knock on my door. I asked for two minutes and the housekeeper acted like she was going to kick me out without my stuff :(

I asked for more towels and they never were brought up to the room. The climate control was very uneven in the room.

The AC in both rooms made noise, they sent someone to look at it but it didn’t help the noise. The property and the room was very clean. I’d like to shout out to Xavier, Rosario, and the staff of the breakfast area, they were all very helpful and pleasant.

Really enjoyed our three night stay. Large room size with good amenities. Very good breakfast included in price. Located close to SeaWorld. We even received money off the car park charge. Would certainly stay again.

The hotel said that the room I purchased through Expedia was not available. The staff said they had a room with 2 queen beds instead of a king. The actually gave us a large one bedroom with a king size bed kitchen and small living room. The bed was comfortable. I was there for the Surf Expo at the Orlando Convention center. The staff were very helpful.

Rooms are clean, staff is nice, amenities are useful.

Kitchen dishwasher didn't work. The shower water was not so warm/hot

The suit room is big and comfortable, the only thing I don’t like was the parking charge, $29.00 per night is you more than 5 days you need to add 150.00 to your room charges

Our room had several issues and parking is$27 per night. Not worth it.

My fiancée and I stayed here for two nights and it was great. The deposit was $60 and because there is a parking fee, it came out to $54 that was taken out the deposit. Staff was very friendly although the housekeeping lady tried to kick us out of our room by 10am even though checkout is at 11. The breakfast is not so great but you get what you get. It does change every day but don’t expect excellent quality. We did use the pool which was fun for us as we were the only people at that time to use it. The parking you register your car from your phone. The room itself was the star of the show!! We stayed on the 5th floor, we got a king sized bed, a kitchenette, a three seater sofa w. a pull out bed and a stand up shower which was really nice. The cool thing about the kitchen which amazed us was that it came with pots, pans, cutlery, plates, cups (we didn’t use it) which is very convenient for families! The room was very clean, smelled good and there were NO BUGS!!! The cleanliness of this hotel overall was a 10/10 for me. My overall rating for this hotel would be a 9/10 because of the breakfast & the housekeeping lady. Other than that, it was great!

This is probably my favourite horel when visiting Orlando, great breakfast,nice rooms and just a lovely place to stay

Good experience

The room smelled musty, the ac was so loud it was hard to sleep. The windows with the pool view were covered in mildew and the curtains had a brown stains on them.
