Homewood Suites by Hilton Orlando Theme Parks

Check in date was Aug. 3rd and check out 8th. Breakfast was the usual. There's a coffee tea station in the lobby. Please add brown sugar to the selection. Parking is $27 per night. Privacy !!!! On Friday 7th approx 9.15pm EST another guest card unlocked our suite. The night guard on the door was the barrier that restricted their entry. Calling to report the matter to front desk we were on hold for approximately 14 mins. We were further advised that no manager was on duty. This is Friday night approx 9:28pm. Todate we still haven't heard from management (15th and we are back home). Disregard for privacy is a major concern for us. This has never happened at 5893 American Way or 8745 International Dr. Please review your security privacy policy/procedures to mitigate future reccurrence.

Overall, great hotel and location.

We had a great time. We had the two bedroom suite... my kids loved that everyone got their own bed and privacy. The staff was great and although we had a few things happen while we were there, they were quick to fix our issues. The location was great and it was clean, beds were decent, and the food (breakfast) was good. The elevators were ridiculously slow, tho. Other than a few small issues, we had a really nice time and we will definitely be back!

Pool water should be warmer. Didn't like the paid parking. Staff is helpful and property is nice. Very good location.

Location, staff, breakfast and the pool! The room was dirty

The hotel was ok.. breakfast was not good.. same thing every day.. the eggs seemed fake.. the pool was good. Kids liked the basketball courts by the pool. Room was clean.. the landscaping definitely needs work.. all the bushes around the property were dead.. walking distance to SeaWorld which was a plus. Staff was friendly. The hotel was ok for the money..

The elevators were very slow

Really enjoyed my stay . The suite was nice and spacious. The breakfast was good. The pool was nice. Location was perfect for doing many things in Orlando. I would definitely stay here again

Worst front desk. I tried calling 6 times and every single time there was some lady who answered but spoke to someone else and didn’t acknowledge that I was waiting. I even called some other number like I was making a reservation just to get help and that lady was upset that nobody was answering her. Unbelievable.

Great experience staying there for over a week. Close to Disney and the pool was great.

Hotel is espectacular for the price and so near the theme parks !!!

It was clean a nice Registration was offline and we could not get to our room until 10:30pm. Hilton's registration was down.

Once i arrived to check in at the Orlando location the computer system was down, vice them having a back plan or protocol to use paper checkins i had to wait two hours in the lobby. They are very unorganized and wouldn't recommend anyone to stay.

Breakfast service was amazing. Nothing.

The rooms were very clean and maintained. Really good breakfast options. Very family friendly
