We were there for a volleyball tournament. We had to be at the concert thin center at 6:40-7 each day. We heard that most other hotels our teammates were staying at started their breakfasts at 6 to accommodate their guests. This hotel did not make any accommodations for the guests who had to be at the tournament and this we never got any breakfast. Hotel was nice and clean but I would not stay again because of this gross oversight.

This was a budget- and family-friendly option. Being able to make meals in our suite was very economical for us. The laundry room had great washing machines and dryers. They could benefit from a few more.

Es fantastico este hotel, es mi 3ra vez y nos encanta porque se ajusta a nuestras necesidades.

Shuttle service misleading as it only goes to 1 Disney Park. Beds were extremely uncomfortable making a longer stay unpleasant. I have stayed at by Hilton hotels several times, all over the United States and sadly, this was not up to standards. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Spotless room and helpful staff. Excellent, robust breakfast and great pool area. The kids loves the basketball court and the happy hour and appetizers were very nice.

Everything was good except the sofa bed in 612. It was not accessible. Asked front desk clerk to take a look and she told me all their beds worked fine. Asked her again to come look because it wasn’t. She said she couldn’t leave the front desk because she was by herself. So I asked for a manager. Was told she was available until Monday. She gave me the manager’s card. I emailed, but have yet to receive a response. However, the morning clerk was very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience.

We come to Orlando twice a year for volleyball and stay at this location. We eat the breakfast here which is a good variety. We have used the pool, basketball court, and gym and all are great. It’s super close to sea world if you are coming for that. Staff has always been super nice and helpful. We enjoy staying here.

Staff was great and even texted me to ask if we needed anything extra. Rooms were large. Well laid out and clean. The only problem during this stay was one of the elevators wasn’t working and with only two elevators it made getting one sometimes difficult. The breakfast area has plenty of seating, very large area. The food was great warm eggs, sausages, biscuits and then lots of cereal choices, muffins, juice and coffee. Overall a great hotel right next to I-4 and right at entrance to Seaworld

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the accessibility of our room. I specifically requested a handicap-accessible room for my mother, who is wheelchair-bound, and even received an email confirming that one had been reserved for us. When we arrived, the room was not truly wheelchair accessible. The only accommodation was a single grab bar in the shower. There were no grab bars by the toilet, and the bathroom sink was not designed to allow a wheelchair to roll underneath. These features are essential for someone who relies on a wheelchair and made our stay much more difficult. As my mother’s caregiver, I also struggled to safely assist her. I called the front desk to see if another accessible room was available, but I was told that this was the only type of handicap-accessible room they offered. While we appreciated the hotel and the kindness of the staff, I hope management will consider upgrading their accessible rooms to better meet the needs of guests with mobility disabilities. Accessible should truly mean accessible.
