The room was extremely comfortable. Great beds, pillows. Bathrooms were large and well equipped. Living space and kitchen were fantastic. Kitchen was low on plates and basic supplies but otherwise very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

In addition to this, we checked in on a Thursday around 10 pm, right before the 4th of July weekend, and were told there was no running water in the entire hotel until 6 am the next morning. No notice or email ahead of time. If we had known we would not be able to take shower after we arrived at 10 pm, we would have planned accordingly. Their solution was to tell us they aren’t providing any refunds or discounts on the room and that we should go to the 7-11 nearby to buy water to bathe with. We stayed in a 2 bedroom room with kitchen. It was a great layout, clean, nice balcony. It is too bad that the previous issues will probably prevent us from staying at this property in the future.

They shut off the water from 10pm to 6am and didn’t notify me until after I did the full check in

Check out was the earliest (10 am) I have seen at any hotel and it took so effort to get it to 11:30 am even being an HHonors gold member.

Our door night latch was loose so kept flipping over and locking us out. The water was turned off between 10-6. The fire alarm went off both nights at 3:15 AM… yes, both nights at the same time. We had to evacuate the building but allowed back in within 10 minutes. There are lovely pools and small restaurant pool side. Customer service was very apologetic about the fire alarm. Great customer service and the hotel is very conveniently located.

The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. When I asked a question or needed something they responded within minutes.

We arrived early, but did not have our room ready. We could have used the pools in the meantime, but they were closed because of lightning in the area. We were promptly alerted our room was ready at 4pm. This property is very large. Once at our property a very friendly worker grabbed us a cart and helped bring in our luggage. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom room with a full kitchen. Each bedroom had a screen-covered balcony. We were in building 7 and were right by the third pool. There are three pools, fitness center (which my husband used twice), kids park, and ping pong tables, shuffle board, tennis & pickleball courts. We only went in the small pool near our room and the waterfall pool. Both pools are kept at a refreshing temperature. The restaurant was good. They have a lot of gluten free options. We loved the spicy slice pizza (ordered it two times!) They are under staffed so it does take a bit of time, so just plan accordingly. Just a heads up, upon getting your parking pass (a separate place), they will try to sign you up for their sales pitch at a future date and location. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was bigger than we thought and came with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The room was clean and had a lot of room, so we did not feel like we were on top of each other. Room came with daily cleaning, which is a plus, but we did not utilize it as we were only staying for a couple of days. The bedroom was warmer than the rest of the room. The bathroom did not have enough soap or wash cloths for our stay. Washer and dryer definitely need updating- washer has rust and dryer had issues closing due to broken lint holder. Staff were friendly, but not transparent. We booked a shuttle and staff did not clarify that the shuttle picked up on main road. We were told that breakfast was offered, however there was no clarification on self-serve and pay. The marketplace area is VERY understaffed for the volume that it receives, additional staff is needed.

Large rooms with plenty of space for two families. Pool is maintained, food at the pool bar was good and had a nice selection of drinks. Super close to SeaWorld.

Great location for the convention center, its closer to the west concourse, and about 12-15 mins from the north concourse. our 2 bedroom unit was a lot of space for the 6 of us. Nice having a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms, living area, and dining table. No complaints, staff was pleasant, would stay here again!

Staff is great. Room is clean and I liked the idea of a washer and dryer being in the room.. Right next to seaworld. There is 1 elevator which causes a delay for coming and going.

Room was explicit with spacious rooms, comfy beds, huge balcony, washer/dryer and deep soaker tub in the master. I also enjoyed the sound proof walls and security on the premises. They did supply the kitchen dishes. However, it was minimal such as one standard pan not big enough to cook family meals in. I didn't even have an appropriate spatula so we went to Walmart and bought one.

This property had all we needed to be comfortable for AAU volleyball nationals. Check in was great and friendly staff!

Overall a good stay. Housekeeping was rare, had to call multiple times for service and toilet paper.

The staff we extremely helpful and pleasant regardless of the time of day. The property was clean and well kept. Very happy with our stay!
