Hilton Garden Inn Orlando at SeaWorld

We booked this hotel as it was about 13 mins walk to SeaWorld where we were visiting. Patricia at the front deck was nice and accommodating. Breakfast costed a bit extra, but it is worth it in my opinion. There is a 7-11 store across from the road to grab a drink or a hot dog if needed. We travelled as a family of 4 with 11 and 4 years old.

It was so humid that the towels didn’t dry in a day so Tile should’ve been replaced

The room was clean and very spacious! We had a small fridge and microwave, that was good to keep and reheat left overs. There was a self service store by reception which was good in a pinch. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was great (do not forget to tip them). The parking was ample, we were just a hop away from all the attractions. I didn't use the pool but saw many guests using it, and enjoying themselves. This is a perfect property.

I checked in late haven’t just come to work when I went into the bathroom. There were no wash gloves, no small amenities, but the normal soap, toothpaste, any of that. There was one hand towel, which I had to wet in order to use it for a washcloth. It was disappointing for the kind of properties that you advertise. The staff was very nice and the room was clean, but I had no way to take a decent shower without proper amenities in the bathroom.

We were disappointed that breakfast was not included when booking through Expedia, despite the listing indicating it was included. Parking may have been an additional charge as well, although the staff was helpful and worked with us to include it. The lobby, breakfast area, and gym appeared updated and clean, and the pool looked well maintained. The location is convenient—within walking distance of SeaWorld and about 15 minutes from Universal, although there is no shuttle to Universal. The staff was helpful, but overall the rooms and common areas need updating to match the rating and expectations set by previous reviews.

Room was exactly what we needed. Clean and spacious. Being close to the parks we were going to was a huge plus!!!!

Staff was amazing. Rooms clean and property smelled delicious!!! The inly thing the bed was not very comfortable

The staff were awesome to deal with...so close to seaworld which we wanted so that was great...they need a little bit of a renovation concerning the seating area in the lobby...especially the breakfast area...but overall not a bad place...

Breakfast always meet the expectations, was excellent . Hotel bar working hours, should be open more time.

Great location and clean, comfortable room.

The hotel was just okay. Nothing over the top. For me and my husband the king size bed was horribly uncomfortable and the pillows smashed down to nothing. The room was standard. We did not try the breakfast. It was a bit pricy. The location and price was the main reason for booking here. Would I recommend to others? Probably not. Would I return? No
