Hilton Garden Inn Orlando at SeaWorld

The lobby was pretty, but the rooms very old and stuffy.

Other than that, everything was great!

We are hilton honors members and this was a poor excuse for a hilton. The air conditioner made the room wet and not cool, the room had a horrible musty smell, the bathroom door did not close without pulling and slamming, the TV cable was not working, a USB port was broken, the shower did not work properly. They charge you to self park and the breakfast was outrageously expensive. Will not stay there again

The room had a funky smell and a 1/3 sheet over the bottom sheet which was uncomfortable to sleep on.

Check in was ok. The women at frontconcierge was really not concern with anything , gave that whatever attitude. My main issue was the water smh very foul odor of eggy / rubberish very strong. Maintenance said it’s just the chlorine. Hot tub out for 2 days after that was cold water. Ice maker didn’t work on my floor. Tv constantly out or frozen .

Todo muy bien pero encontré dos cucarachas pequeñas una el baño y otra en la cortina del cuarto

It is walking distance from SeaWorld. Breakfast was ok, not cooked to order that I saw. Plenty of parking.

Very convenient location...when working weekend at Conv Cntr. Would definitely recommend & will return.

The only good thing about the hotel was a check-in the room I was in 227 the bedsheets with dirty the room didn’t have a smoke detector. The bathrooms were all full of hair. It was not clean properly.

Magnífico lugar cuando fui a escogerlo tenía algunos comentarios negativos pero otras veces nos hemos hospedado en Hilton y siempre hemos tenido buen viaje así q no me arrepiento de a ver cogido este lugar nuestra estancia estuvo magnífica gracias a todos a los trabajadores por su atención no dudo en volver a regresar

Personnel très aimable et serviable mais l'hotel a besoin de renovation en profondeur. Tout les tapis du hall d'entrée, des couloirs jusqu'aux chambres étaient sales. Les tapis dégagaient une odeur nauséabonde et d'humidité. Les serviettes de douche avaient des cheveux donc pas de controle rigoureux de qualité. Très bel emplacement par contre. Proche de seaworld. Je ne recommenderai pas cet hotel à moins que les renovations en profondeur soit fait.

Our room was clean. We decided to watch a little tv before heading out to dinner however the tv won’t work. The screen message stated “no signal” I called down to the front desk from my cell phone bc the phone in the room didn’t work either! They brought up a new remote but the tv continued to display the same message! All and all this was not a pleasant stay and it def was not up to Hilton standards!

Make sure that you check the invoice before you leave and check out of the room because they tried to charge us for breakfast that we never had.
