The front desk staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. They made me feel welcome and took care of all my needs during my stay. Every request I had was handled quickly and with great attention. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would be happy to stay here again.

Clean room
-
Close to SeaWorld and Aquatica central to other parks. Noise from the road was not good loud and made sleeping a struggle.
-
Every thing was nice The parking was expensive

-
Location. There was a roach in our room. We contacted the staff but did not get any response.

Passable
-
Just the toilet a little dirty
