Very good

Clean, warm food. I want to make other families aware of an important issue regarding the hotel’s shuttle service: it is not reliable, and I strongly recommend having cash available or being prepared to use an Uber/Lyft as a backup. Yesterday, several families were left behind because the shuttle bus did not arrive as scheduled. My child and I experienced the same situation at night after the park closed, despite having reservations for the shuttle. Unfortunately, I had no cash left and my phone battery had died, so I was unable to pay for a trolley or request an Uber/Lyft. Thankfully, another family saw our situation and was kind enough to pay for our transportation. I am extremely grateful for their compassion because, without their help, my child and I could have been left stranded. What was most disappointing was the hotel’s response when I brought the situation to their attention. I was simply told that the shuttle is operated by a third party and that the hotel could not do anything about it. While I understand that the service may be outsourced, I believe the hotel should still take responsibility for the transportation service they offer and make reasonable efforts to assist guests when it fails. The other family showed us more compassion and concern than the hotel did. For families traveling with children, I think it is important to know about this issue in advance and have a backup transportation plan.

The appartment was just like described. Beds are very comfortable and the room is spacious. Wifi works well. The room has good acoustic, we couldn't hear any noise from outside. The complimentary breakfast is very complete. The location was pretty good, right in the middle of Universal and Disney parks and close to many shopping malls. The breakfast room is not big enough to accommodate all the guests so big lines are formed. The hair drier was very bad and didn't work in the bathroom plug. Parking is not included and it is overly expensive (30 dollars per day). It was a bit annoying that I had to ask an employee to open the gym door every time because there was an incompatibility with the key.

The Good: The free breakfast was a massive money saver for our family trip, which is exactly why we booked this hotel. There was always an abundance of food available. I was highly impressed by the staff's resourcefulness—when they ran out of standard bread, they quickly put out buns as an alternative option instead of just saying they were out. That extra effort was great to see Room for Improvement: They did run out of orange juice during our stay. Also, the breakfast lines moved very slow on the weekends. It would be much better if they set up two separate lines with mixed cold options to keep people moving. Lastly, the French toast was consistently hard instead of soft, but hey, it was still free French toast!

The staff were very friendly, the WiFi was bad but other than that very toy was great.

Everything is awesome

Great hotel. Everything was clean and room was as shown on the pictures. Great amenities, kids loved the pool and the basketball court. Located amongst many stores, food shops, CVS and Walmart. Will definitely come back soon!

Everything was great from the entrance the property, the landscaping, the staff, the amenities cleanliness, and the buffet was great. Keep it up.

The room was clean and broad enough even for a family of 5. The breakfast was great with a variety of selection. Even they have two great pools. Enjoyed the stays.

I want to say good things but there’s a lot of bad honestly, I will say when it came down to asking or needing for something they were helpful, but we stayed for 4 nights & they only cleaned the room twice the whole time & it seems like they partially clean the room & poorly restock what needs to be restocked. Unsure if it’s a scheduling thing or what but they need a better foundation on maintaining the rooms better
