Best hotel stay ever! We will be back.

The facilities are good They say they are certified for autism and neurodivergent guesses, and actually they are rude when you request simple things like an extra blanket or gluten free options

Staff for the breakfast wasn't very kind

The location was great The elevators took a little too long and the room did have a moldy smell

Location of facility. Cleanliness, friendliness and overall atmosphere were fantastic. Putting gratuity automatically onto the bill does not make it an option. Tips should be earned and not expected. Subpar service should be known; mostly by a stingy tip. If not, how else will they know to perform better?

The pool was warm Bathroom lock didn’t work none of the switches worked pool was so small. Employees tried to make me pay for my breakfast when I already paid with my stay.

Comfy beds as usual, great location, found a great deal on the room, very clean, no marijuana smells in the hallways, quiet at night, beautiful sit down area that was clean, ac didn’t have an odor like some other local holiday inns I have stayed in. This is by far the cleanest and most professional holiday inn I have stayed in Orlando and surrounding areas. One of my favorite things was that the hot water did not run out either. I have encountered that issue a lot, but not at this location. Everything was great.

The location and the fact I have been a holiday inn guest for many years. The fact I felt racially profiled by a staff member.. The male staff on first night stay was litterally spying when I would go outside.⁹. My first night. I found the staffer checking on my every move I don't know if he was trying to see if I arrived in a vehicle and lied about it but whatever reason it made me feel unwanted and sterotyped.

It was very clean and comfortable. There were two ladies on reception that I got to know (apologies I didn’t get their names) and they were incredible. I couldn’t rate them any higher for how friendly they were and so personable. N/a
