Amé mi estancia aquí, el hotel tiene actividades familiares, buena piscinas, gimnasio y estaba a un paso de Vineland Outlet. Excelente servicio de Raja en el lobby. Espero volver pronto.

We love the front desk staff! Raja was extremely helpful and very professional. Bathroom shower needs support handles, I almost slipped and fell because of nothing to support me out of the shower, had to be very careful stepping out.

Location to outlet stores. Beds were comfortable and clean. A little dated. We asked for late check out when we booked but were told we had to wait until we got to property to see if unit was available the following day for a later check out. When we arrived we asked and staff member said we could have unit until 12 so extra 2 hours which was great as our next check in the following day was 4pm. Then we were told because it was a 2 bed unit and it takes longer to clean we could not have a later check out. If this is the rule why not tell us this when booking and we would have looked elsewhere. Also we paid $100 deposit which we were told would be returned at check out. When it was not returned 8 hrs after check out we were told it would be 3-5 working days. Not sure if this is on their website but staff were ready to clean our room at 10am as we were taking our luggage so not sure why deposit can take up to 5 business days.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect! The beds were comfortable. The facilities and grounds were clean, inviting and nice! There was a couple of issues with miscommunication, but I was able to communicate to the Supervisor, Jema,and she was able to rectify the issue.

We had a pretty pleasant stay. Everything about this place was pretty great. Except for one thing beds are not comfortable at all And the pillows are of pretty bad quality. Did not sleep well for 2 days.

I was booked for 4 nights after entering my room I was highly disappointed. The first thing I saw prior to entry was trashbags laying around. The room was dated, the tub wasn't clean, had stains and hair in it. There was a very unpleasant smell that was present. Within minutes I knew that I would not stay. I walked around the area and it just didn't have a welcoming feel. The lady who checked me in was pleasant. I literally went back to my room booked a new flight and checked out the next morning. Many stays at Hiltons never saw this coming.
