Hilton Grand Vacations Club Tuscany Village Orlando

My stay was amazing as usual. Despite it being a busy holiday weekend, check in was fast and my villa was actually ready early!

We only stayed 1 night: I came in to take a nap from a extremely hot morning. Some kids were running through the corridor ringing bells. I kept being woke up until my husband opened the door and caught them. The bathroom floor needed sweeping, but no broom or dustpan there. When we came back after spending the evening at Epic Universe the elevator had vomit all over the floor and walls. Everybody had to walk up stairs and when we got to our room it was more in front of our door. although we told a worker, which directed us to stairs, we called down and let front desk know. The worker hadn't let them know. We packed up and left.

An excellent place to stay within walking distance to the nearby Vineland Premium Outlets. Disney & SeaWorld are close by, in case you're visiting parks. I took a star away due to the chaos during check-in, when multiple guests arrive & there are no visible areas asking people to queue because, so guests were cutting each other during the 4pm check in time. They do need signs or a stand that says "wait here," for those who obviously can't read. Also, after a certain time (6-7pm) the parking becomes full & you may have to walk a bit to your building if you can't find nearby parking. Other than that, the property is great, clean, & a good choice for families. Definitely recommended, but just be mindful of the busy times.

We stay at this property all the time. The kitchen and all things in the kitchen never really seem clean, including the dishwasher. I usually end up rewashing everything.

Stayed six nights in June and could not ask for a better clean place to stay.

Property was overwhelmingly stunning , day and night . On site and are too tier . Staff was extremely helpful. It was a pleasure. Will stay anytime I visit Orlando .

We stayed in a 2BR- almost 1500 sq ft. Very modern and screened patio was a nice to have. Large bathrooms and bedrooms. I give it a 10 out of 10!

Nice and clean

Beautiful room, however we had this awful persistent noise outside, which made it impossible to sit on the balcony. The room was very dark due to the position of facing other rooms.
