The location was excellent, the price was good The breakfast for free options were only carbs, it need it to pay for any fruit or protein or lactose products, the room could be cleaner, the first day the floor has a lot of dust

El hotel es muy bonito y acogedor. Las habitaciones tienen tamaño apropiado, las camas son muy cómodas y el baño se ve muy bonito. El desayuno era gratis y tenían waffle, café, frutas, yogurt panes, cornflakes y galletas, realmente bueno. El hotel fue un lugar perfecto para estas vacaciones.

Pretty basic breakfast

Room space was ok, not the best. I liked how it’s a walk-in shower and not your standard tubs which I don’t like. In terms of cleanliness, there are a lot of small ants everywhere in our room. During my stay, I did look into reviews of other guests and focused the search more on bugs, AND A LOT came up. If you’re ok with them being around you, great. If not, better off looking somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend staying here period!!!

I love this place. I stay here often. The location is amazing. I spend less than $10 to Uber to Epcot. The front desk people are lovely. Great property.

Only advice I have is if you like your beverages cold, buy outside the hotel. They don’t keep the beverages chilled (room temperature) in the little store on premises. Other than that, our stay was great!

Solo nos quedamos una noche y muy pocas horas. Para ese fin, funciona muy bien. Las camas muy cómodas y muy cerca de lugares para comer! Recomiendo quedarse en este lugar. Las habitaciones eran muy cómodas y espaciosas.

Central to everything we needed and the staff were awesome Highly recommend

Todo estaba muy limpio, instalaciones prácticamente nuevas, el personal muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar en cada momento y muy central su ubicación. Lo único que variaría un poco es el menú del desayuno.

Nice hotel more modern red roof there’s was a couple bugs but you can’t beat their price is amazing and it’s cute

Muy buen lugar, muy aseado, excelente habitación, el personal en recepción habla español, lo único a mejorar es que los horarios del hotel al parque no son buenos, si eso es lo que buscas, pero el hotel es perfecto en sus instalaciones

If waiting for a elevator and they are also waiting their the first too enter! If I had known the rooms didn't have microwaves I wouldn't have booked it. They had 2 microwaves in the dining area for everyone to use including staff. And to top it off they were cheap non commercial microwaves not designed for such heavy use and they aren't keep clean and are in a state of disrepair. We were in room 405 The flooring in our room was being held down by duck tape and the shower door seals were damaged thankfully it didn't leak. The bathroom only had one hook to hang things on behind the door no where to hand towels or clothes. Unless some serious changes are made I would never go back and if prices hadn't have gone up I would have seen about getting a refund as I was there for a week. Them there was the situation with someone smoking marijuana on the 4th floor despite all rooms being non smoking. They just sprayed a strong air freshener. The worst thing was the luggage carts were being stored blocking a fire exit, in the line of sight of the receptionists

Great as always, one of the best locations in Orlando if you are going to both Disney and universal

The room was a little smaller than most hotels.
