Very clean hotel

The property was located in a very good place.. relatively close to the Disney parks. I did find the beds slightly hard and the room is a little small. The breakfast could be better.

The hotel is great looks new. The rooms and bathroom are so spacious. The breakfast is not a buffet breakfast as it said it's more of a continental breakfast. Waffles, bagel, muffins cereal. They do have a little kitchen that sells breakfast sandwiches if you want.

Didn't realize that the name of the hotel was a hint: X.

The hotel was perfect for me. Price was right. Close to the parks. Clean. Nothing fancy about it.

The only thing was a spider in the bathroom:(

Came from Texas on a roadtrip from Destin. Definitely had a way better experience compared to our Destin Hotel. Room was fresh, clean and fixed up very well. They had the luggage racks that make it easy to transport your things if you are staying at a higher level. Breakfast was AMAZING, they had a variety of options & you could pay extra for other options. The only issue we had was our Tv, it would not work, it kept saying “no signal” but we didnt really need it since we were mainly out and about. The Dryer did take a bit to dry our clothes other than that it was a pretty good experience, its a 10-25 minute drive to all the close by attractions. Very convinient.

Breakfast was very basic. Most disappointing thing was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because of free shuttle but the only one back was at 10.30 so had to keep using Uber’s,

The breakfast included ita only bread or waffles if you want egg or some proteine you have to pay, I was there for 6 days and never came to clean the room

I would stay there again!

The staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a little disappointing, but they do have additional options if you want to purchase them. The pool is deep, which we loved. The elevator was very slow and we often found ourselves having to wait a while as it was often full of people (our room was on the 4th floor), but there are stairs for those who don't want to wait!

Clean and comfortable!

Staff were nice, the place was clean and close to Seaworld. Not a great breakfast set up

Furniture was noticeably dirty in the lobby. Housekeeping had to be requested to replenish even the toilet paper… if you didn’t notify them before 11 AM you had to pick up toilet paper from the front desk. Weird for a hotel.

Everything is fine, the only disappointing thing is the breakfast, breakfast includes eggs, there is no problem that it does not include them, just specify it on the website, for that reason I would not choose them again
