The hotel was very convenient for traveling to Disney Parks, it was very clean, very well maintained, great breakfast options, affordable price for the stay, if you are traveling as a family this is a great option if you want to save some money!

Great value and location location location. Restaurants, Shopping centers, access to I4 within minutes. We have stayed a few times on this place and always a good experience. Staff also friendly. One of the managers ( she introduced herself as the hotel manager, can’t remember her name, Hispanic lady) that was extremely friendly. Smile in her face, great attitude. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms were spacious, cleaned and cozy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great we loved that. My only request would have been for the bathroom sliding door to have handles both in and out for a more easy open and close as our door felt a bit hard to slide. For the rest we had a great stay. Would surely recommend and stay again.

Room was surprisingly large with real dishes, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. It's ideal for a lengthy vacation on a budget. Breakfast was included. The hot food options were not great, but the Mickey waffles were a nice touch.

Suite was most accommodating for a family of 5; friendly staff, loved the complimentary breakfast! Definitely, recommend!

The perfect stay .

The property was fine for our family use as we stayed for 3 nights prior to boarding our cruise. We had 2 rooms and we were a family of 6. Breakfast buffet was perfect for our needs and kids enjoyed it especially the Mickey waffles. The two complaints we had is the fact that we didn’t have a safe in our room and that the room was only cleaned every second day. We would have appreciated daily cleaning especially beds and bathroom and had to get fresh towels daily from front desk. We are not accustomed to this type of housekeeping and was not aware of it or the safe only being accessible at front desk. We didn’ appreciate that.

I stayed here recently and had a great deal of trouble with the billing. Due to an emergency, I had to check out a day early, which I clearly communicated to the front desk staff both upon check-in and check-out. Despite letting them know in person, I was still billed for the full two nights. It is frustrating to have to chase down a refund for a night I didn't stay, especially after following all the proper procedures with the staff on-site.

The main downside was that the room wasn't as clean as expected, and the property itself feels a bit dated and could benefit from better upkeep and maintenance. With some improvements to cleanliness and the overall condition of the hotel, this would be an even better place to stay.

I like the location but poor privacy

The mobile check-in process was incredibly easy and convenient, and the front desk attendant was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. The location is also excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and attractions nearby. The room itself was decent for the price. It wasn’t the cheapest hotel, but it also wasn’t overly expensive, so we weren’t expecting luxury. However, we did expect the room to be clean. Unfortunately, the bathroom shower still had pubic hairs left behind from previous guests, and there was noticeable pink/red mold buildup that looked like it hadn’t been properly scrubbed in quite some time. The inside of the toilet was also visibly dirty. The vinyl flooring throughout the room felt sticky and looked like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. To make matters worse, the bed sheets had an unpleasant odor, similar to body odor, and one of the sheets even had blood stains. We considered asking to switch rooms, but after unpacking and getting our family settled, it would have been very inconvenient to move everything again. The staff and location deserve recognition, but cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay. Sadly, because of the condition of our room, we won’t be booking here again. I hope management takes these concerns seriously,
