Overall good experience but checkin takes long wait time

Staff is really nice! Super convenient and close to airport.

Everything was fine, except for the breakfast—the eggs didn't taste very good; they were kind of watery. That was really the only issue. The rest is okey the bedroom size and staff thank you again sir i don't know your name thank you for understanding me i left my phone in the shuttle bus and he help to bring it back to me before our flights.. thank you so much. 😊 i really appreciate you

It was great

We were there for just a day. We needed room service and my daughter’s perfume and my Bose ear buds were stollen from the staff.

Not accommodation for a holiday, as it’s dated and the location is obviously near the airport, but it’s great for a night before catching a flight and it’s great value for the price, basic room, beds were comfortable and there was fresh towels, also had a basic breakfast included. Staff were nice.

The receptionists were very nice. The bathtub has dirt stains. The outdoorpool has leaves and no clean towels available. I still have to ask front desk for it. Breakfast was so so. Eggs,bread, waffle, sausage,cereals and a fruit. There was only one attendant in the breakfast room so food is running out. Few people will come and sausage or eggs will run out. My brother in the other room says it was hot.

The janky elevator the black mold the mildew smell all over including the room we stayed in the staff how dirty everything looked and felt

Convenient location with airport shuttle

We had two rooms with a connecting door and both rooms smelled moldy and stale. Room was clean but the smell did not go away. Lucky the windows open in one of the rooms.

The close proximity to the airport. It smelled of dog piss, the carpet was old and nasty, and bathrooms need updating. I did not like paying additional for parking.

The breakfast is free, but could use more variety.

Our stay was great. The staff was nice and were able to accommodate us and our needs.

Very friendly. And staff are all smiles
