Even though rooms are not cleaned everyday, garbage check and disposal should be done everyday.

Clean rooms

The room was clean but I just didn’t like how a house keeper didn’t check our room or clean while’s we stay over

The property staff was very friendly, great customer service. From check in to check out. The hotel was very easy to find.

They had some work that was being done. It was close to the airport. The room was clean, the staff was great, breakfast was okay. I loved the fact that they offered a complimentary breakfast. They also offered free Transportation from the airport to the hotel

Some areas of the room visibly weren’t cleaned. Neither TV in the room worked, unfortunately.

There was an extremely strong moldy odor that was impossible to ignore. The smell was overwhelming and made the room feel damp and unhealthy. The only positive thing about this hotel was its convenient location. I also want to recognize the staff, who were courteous and genuinely tried to help. Unfortunately, their efforts couldn't make up for the condition of the property.

Clean room and near by the airport

So no room cleaning or maid service till the 3rd night. Then when we got back from a long stressful day no room cleaning or maid service was done. Complained to the front desk and all they could do is give you new towels. Unexceptable!!!

The property can really use a renovation.

The breakfast featured runny eggs and pork sausage and making your own waffle. Fine for one night but anything longer would be a struggle

VERY MISLEADING. FRIDGE WAS NOT WORKING CAUSING A WET CARPET. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL. CUSTOMER service training needed.

Doors on many rooms don’t close without force. Check in staff not warm or friendly.
