The airport shuttle was fast and appreciated that and I out room was ready early. The room itself wasn't the best. The a/c was freezing cold even when set on a higher setting and the bathroom was rusted. Towels felt hard and crusty

I asked for a 12:30 check out as I had conference calls prior to heading to the airport. Housekeeping tried to enter my room at 8:15 and again at 12:10. I was on a call both times

Great location, airport shuttle, great customer service, clean rooms great food. The bar attendant was so friendly overall, great place to stay. I don’t have any negative complaints nothing negative to say about the place. I think it’s an awesome place to stay quiet. The lobby is so beautiful that brings ambience to any One who wants a decent place to stay when traveling.

Both of our rooms were very clean! The staff has been helpful and the overall experience has been wonderful! Additionally being close to the airport and other facilities has been a huge plus!

Staff was very friendly to my family and I. We booked a last minute room, due to a flight cancellation and everyone from the front desk, to the waiter in the restaurant, and even the breakfast staff in the morning were a breath of fresh air. We would definitely stay again. The rooms were clean, spacious and smelled wonderful.

Needs a remodel BADLY! Really embarrassing for the Renaissance and Marriott name. The staff tried their best and the lobby is nice enough but the rooms and hallways are a mess. Desperately needs a remodel.
