Affordable, rooms were clean , but the Elevators smh seen better days , the constant small elevator not working effectively, so we took the stairs at times ( keep in mind we had the 5th floor ) other than this the stay was okay

The room was not clean and the property did not feel safe. Only stayed for a few hourss because of an early flight but could not get out of there fast enough.

Cons: not well maintained; very simple breakfast; hot tub didn’t exist; outdoor pool area not well maintained; dirty carpet

Overall, I didn’t find this hotel to look or smell clean. Thankfully I was only there less than 24 hrs and didn’t need to use the shower, because it appeared that housekeeping had dumped gross mop water into the tub and the drain was plugged with disgusting dirt and grime.

STOP!!! Do not book this hotel. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The elevators open and close on their own multiple times and once they do close it as a huge bounce when passing the 4th floor. It is beat up, the wood paneling is chipping off and it’s a scary ride! The staff said they could come in to spray with LYSOL!! I’ll be sending a letter to the headquarters along with video and pictures, I do not recommend this hotel at all,

The room was good for a short stay. The breakfast was good. You can walk the area to a few shops.

Everyone was helpful and considerate of our needs.

The elevator was not working properly. Also, using the wifi required the guest to provide email address and phone number. I decided not to use the wifi for a one-night stay.

Ants throughout the room, including in and around the bathroom sink. Stained bed sheets that appeared unclean. Soiled washcloths and towels left in the room. An overall dirty and poorly maintained appearance. I reported these issues to the front desk. The female staff member informed me that there were no rooms available and offered no solution. After discovering the stained bedding, I called the front desk again. A gentleman working at the desk immediately assisted me and transferred me to another room. I truly appreciated his willingness to help. Unfortunately, the second room also had numerous maintenance and cleanliness issues. The door had not been properly secured when I arrived, creating an immediate safety concern. In addition: The bathroom sink was dirty and would not drain properly. The refrigerator was dirty. The bathtub would not drain while showering. To make matters worse, the overall customer service from the female front desk staff was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Their demeanor made me feel as though my concerns were an inconvenience rather than legitimate issues that required attention. Finally, I was unable to get any meaningful rest because the walls were extremely thin, and guests were running through the hallways, screaming and making excessive noise throughout the night. When I emailed the property, the GM made me feel like it was all my fault!
