Breakfast was ok, hotel was nice and clean

The service was terrible; I’ve always gone to that hotel with my family, but I think this was the last time. They turn a blind eye when there are issues with other guests. Some people arrived at the hotel the day before we were due to leave, and we didn't sleep at all because of the loud noise; on top of that, they were jumping around, and the sound carried right through. We called the front desk but got no response; we asked if they could call the police because the noise was unbearable, but they refused. It wasn't until the next morning that they gave me a credit, but that doesn't make up for the bad experience—we didn't sleep well and were all exhausted from the lack of sleep.

We had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations or any questions we had. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh, delicious options and was a wonderful way to start each morning. We also appreciated having a kitchenette, which was convenient for snacks and light meals during our stay. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, comfort, outstanding service, and excellent amenities. We would happily stay here again on our next trip!

We ran out of everything had to ask multiple times for toilet paper and one staff member said they had no toilet paper that night towels piled up in bathroom floor no one picked up and when we got ready to leave was told they had no shuttle till 8 we needed to sign up we stayed 8 nights and no one explained you had to sign up for the day you leave because we had 8 am flight

Super easy check in, free parking, near MCO. But the best part was the free breakfast. Fresh berries, turkey sausage, red skin potatoes. I wasn't expecting anything but the cheap Continental breakfast like you get at most hotels. Unbelievable for the price we paid in Orlando.

The suite itself was clean along with all the amenities that this property offered. Breakfast was good and the breakfast menu was varied. The suite was spacious. Reason for the low scoring of the staff is the fact that my family and I arrived on both days late in the evenings around 11:30 pm to check in and on the second day of our 2 day stay. Your overnight staff members were rude, upleasant, uninformative during my check in process as they were totally consumed with a lyft/uber situation. Your lead staff member could have just said, “I will be right with you.” but instead, I was literally given my suite key in its envelope and that’s it. I had to ask about the WIFI services and the shift leader said “Its your last name and room number.” While my husband and 14 year old daughter stood outside of the locked lobby doors with the property’s luggage dolly for over 5 minutes. When I asked the additional night staff member, “Can you please let me family in.” The younger female employee replied snarkly, “I am going to open it once I find the button to push.” I understand it was late but a simple greeting coupled with polite customer service during both nights would have been appreciated. During the first night and into mid morning of the following day, my suite was filled with cigarette smoke coming through the vents. I notified the front end staff member IMMEDIATELY after your overnight team departed around 7:00 am and at 8 am a maintenance worker arrived and sprayed Febreeze throughout and we were not able to be relocated to a smoke free suite. Please note, my family and I are asthmatics therefore we are extremely sensitive to air quality. My family and I spent the majority of our stay at Disneyworld but to return to your property to the same rude, cold and uncommunicative front end staff and to a cigarette smoked suite late both night was not something I enjoyed returning to.

Our airline (Delta) completely lost and mishandled our baggage, routing it all over the placeTo make matters worse, Delta later mistakenly delivered the suitcases directly to this hotel while we were no longer there. ​Instead of turning the delivery away or causing complications, the hotel staff was incredibly cooperative. They took delivery of our lost bags, kept them completely safe, and worked with us with the utmost patience and support. They turned a highly stressful situation into a manageable one, showing true hospitality and care for their guests. ​Aside from the amazing customer service, the property itself is excellent, very clean, and perfectly located near the airport. A huge thank you to the entire team at Homewood Suites Orlando Airport! You went above and beyond for us, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable, warm, and top-tier stay in Orlando. We would gladly stay here again!

We arrived extremely early to check in, there were no rooms available le yet. Juan and his coworkers worked quickly to get us into a room in less than 30 minutes. All of the staff was accommodating, kind and very welcoming. Thank you Juan and staff!!!

It was our first time staying there, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Spacious rooms, clean, and the breakfast was great!
