Hyatt House Orlando Airport

Amazing

Great staff very helpful. Had to book a last min stay due to a canceled flight for a family of 5. The room was great, staff were helpful and they had a nice pool for the kiddos. Shuttle to and from the airport was great. Will definitely book again.

However, there were a few aspects that left me disappointed. To begin with, I did not appreciate finding a holding charge placed on my bank card, especially considering that I had already paid for my room in full in advance. Customer service could also be improved. The hotel reception staff were not particularly welcoming or friendly upon arrival, which did not make for a great first impression. As a tea drinker, I was disappointed to find that there wasn't a kettle provided in the room. With a few adjustments to their front-desk service and in-room amenities, this could be a much better stay.

Perfect place to stay prior to flying out of Orlando. Close to the airport.

Breakfast could have gone a bit longer

The room wasn’t the cleanest. The bathroom had a Oder and wasn’t clean.

The room was very large and had a large shower instead of a bathtub which we both loved. The location was close to the airport, and the included shuttle service was great. There were several restaurants within 100 yards. The included breakfast was good to very good. I would stay there again.

Staff were very helpful and attentive. The property was well taken care of and the rooms are very clean and roomy. The shuttle service to the airport was convenient. This hotel is very close to the MCO airport. The morning breakfast is also great with variety of fruits, cereals, coffee and tea, eggs, hash browns, sausages and bacon, pancakes, hot oatmeal and juices. The pool area was clean and the pool was large. The pool water was a bit warm for the Orlando hot weather but still refreshing to dip in. Lots of restaurant options around this hotel which as ihop, steakhouse, TGI Fridays, Denny’s etc. I would 100% come back and stay here.

Clean and spacious room, comfortable beds. Nice breakfast and the pool was a comfortable temperature and fun for the kids. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a great stay the night before our cruise. Easy shuttle from the airport (but you have to call FYI)

Airportt description was misleading. They were unknowledgeable or misleading about allowing digs. We have sever allergies and it turns out their actual airport location was pet free. They refused to allow the money down to be transferred to the safer hotel. Then my flight was delayed so late that it barely mattered and I could never nake it to that location. So my rating is fully on admin and customer service and not tue state of the actual building and amenities

Everything was spotless, the bedroom was modern, beautiful, comfortable and the bathroom was like one of a spa. I would definitely stay there again! I hope I get to go to Orlando soon and book a stay at this place again! - PS: The lobby is also very pretty!

Varied and tasty.

Modern, very clean property. Our unit exceeded expectations and was large with its own lounge and full kitchen. Comfortable bed. We chose the hotel for the complimentary airport shuttle. Didn’t have time to enjoy the complimentary breakfast as we had an early flight. Close to restaurants. Would stay again.
