The hotel also advertised that cribs were available, but when we requested one, we were told they didn’t have any. In addition, we asked housekeeping to change the bedsheets, but the staff member did not speak English. She spoke to us in Spanish, which we couldn’t understand. We explained that we didn’t speak Spanish, and she became upset with us. To make matters worse, the toilet smelled bad and was clogged, and the hotel didn’t have the proper equipment or staff to fix it promptly. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The service and accommodations did not justify the amount of money we paid. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The stay is ok for the price. It has a shuttle and free breakfast. The rooms could use a major update though. The faucet was wobbling, one of the towel racks looked about to come out the wall. Some visible water damage all around the bathroom.

I’ll start by saying we had stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago and had an excellent stay. That’s why when searching for hotels decided to stay at this location again. Having said that I’ll go to the bad now. First off, as soon as we walked into hotel there was a musty smell. Did our check in and once we got off elevator to our room we noticed how dirty and stained the carpet was. We stayed 5 days but our room was cleaned only once. Whoever went into our room left toilet paper but, didn’t bother with anything else. Not even trash was picked up. Water pressure in shower was very low and, shower curtain needs to be replaced, had small holes and torn in some places. Scratches on bathroom door. Went to pool area and only had 3 tables with umbrellas, 2 of them the glass was broken. I’ll finish by saying breakfast was decent and the employees in that area were very helpful and nice. However, needless to say we won’t be staying there again.

Todo estuvo perfecto, personal super atento, desayuno riquísimo y la habitación super limpia siempre. Lo recomiendo a ojo cerrado.

They do not have the ability on the TVs to connect apps like Netflixs and the TV was static. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was on the little old school bottles and only one was provided of each for a room that could sleep 4-6 people. Breakfast was basic and mediocre. I would not stay there again.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was mostly set up for us that had very early flights. Much appreciated. Hallway smelled like weed through the whole stay. Couches in lobby we very dirty.

Clean room, good breakfast, beautiful location. Shuttle driver was great, and quick services.
