Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport

A super clean very nice and quiet hotel with professional staff to assist with anything.

Didn’t like that you couldn’t access the bathroom in the suite without going into the bedroom.

Very nice updated property. The staff both at the reception desk and at Sky Bar was very polite and accommodating.

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The shuttle driver was amazing courteous, professional, and always willing to help. Everyone made me feel welcome, and their outstanding customer service truly made my experience even better.

Loved this place will definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel close to airport. Quiet everything perfect

Location was perfect. I did not have breakfast. When I went into shower, the shower gel bottle was empty and I did not have shower gel with me. I got out and informed them and they replaced it. The handwash soap by the sink was also empty. Those things should have been checked beforehand.

Room was amazing, bed a tad uncomfortable for my liking.

I booked this hotel for my Husband and his Best Friend. They both agreed the Suite was very clean and spacious. Also, they enjoyed the free breakfast. It was a short stay, but they didn’t have any complaints. I will book again when I’m visiting Orlando Florida. Thank you for making their stay comfortable.

Our stay was great! We were just there for about 12 hrs since our flight was at 6am, we had to leave at 4am for the airport. Their free shuttle service was a lifesaver and a big reason why we booked here. Beds were comfortable and clean. We have 2 small children and they accommodated us with a pack-n-play. Everything was very clean & the kids loved playing in the pool. The separate sleeping space was great for the kids early bedtime; we could still move around and watch tv in the other space. Was a great way to start our vacation! It was just what we needed.

Great experience

Everything was great minus one issue. Ordered drinks for the bar, and pulled out my card. They told me no and asked my room number; so we thought we would just be charged by the card on file at our room. Next thing we know we are getting multiple phone calls to our room at 8:30 at night. Had little children we were trying to put to bed. So was upset about that. Otherwise everything was great.

The staff was amazing and was Johnny on the spot for every request regarding assistance. Very clean and well-grown hotel inside as well as out pay parking was very convenient by barcode I would definitely recommend to Sheridan hotel of Orlando Airport.

The water pressure was dismal because the shower parts were broken.
