Amazing! Loved my stay here!

Everything was as one might expect. Good food, helpful and kind personnel. Pool could be warmer and a bit cleaner (of bugs)

The customer service was top notch and the shuttle drivers were amazing. Shout out to Tiger and EZ!

I absolutely will stay there again!

Only complaint: we were shown a deal so i booked this hotel. Once there I found we had to add an expensive parking cost, and $20 person breakfast- so regular pricing including these was actually cheaper. I don’t like details weren’t easy to see at first, so I feel like “caught” which i really didn’t like.

Beautiful property & employees are very nice & knowledgeable about their positions! Room was immaculate & very roomy!

When I booked room it included breakfast and when we went for breakfast I found out that he was meant to give us vouchers for breakfast wh8ch he didn't.. very poor front desk service however not all bad as the lady at breakfast was very kind and helpful.

Convenient location

I’m giving this hotel 2 stars because, unfortunately, it looked much better in the photos than it does in person. One issue was that there is only one elevator serving the entire hotel. Since my room was on the third floor, I had to walk quite a long distance from the elevator to reach my room. Another concern was cleanliness. I found two used food containers left inside the nightstand drawer next to the bed, and they had a very unpleasant odor. That made the room feel unclean and was disappointing. Overall, my experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
