Great, clean, staff friendly and awesome location

This was a life saving! Stuck at the airport for many hours, when finally changed flight fro the next day, this hotel not only provided a room right away but also a free 24hrs shuttle service.

I only slept and had dinner there, and that and the ride from and back to the airport was fantastic! Would definitely stay again

From the moment we arrived, the hotel had a strange and unsettling atmosphere that made us feel uncomfortable. The room was not properly cleaned and had an unpleasant odor. For the amount of money charged for these rooms, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and quality. The food was also very disappointing. The prices were high, but the quality and taste did not justify the cost. Overall, the hotel did not live up to the expectations created by its advertising and online presentation. When guests pay premium prices, they should receive clean accommodations, quality food, and an enjoyable environment. Sadly, this stay fell far below those expectations. Because of the condition of the room and the overall experience, I would appreciate being contacted regarding a refund or other appropriate resolution. I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.

Excellent hotel

The hotel was fine. Charging $30/night to self park is kind of lame though. That’s what I expect from a Universal hotel not a random Marriott.

Loved the outdoor pool and lake view.

Room was clean and updates.

Property was nice and well maintained. Room was warm and the thermostat in the room didn’t adjust the temp so we were hot all night and couldn’t sleep. However mattress was comfortable.

I especially enjoyed the pool in the morning.

I did not have bad experiences while I stayed here, but this hotel definitely does not deserve its high score. The hotel was converted from a cheap built hotel, and the elevator is cheap, old, outdated, and the rooms are low and outdated. You pay double the price, and the room is not better than nearby 3-star hotels. Other hotels' parking and wifi are free, and this hotel charges $30+ and $10 per day.

No maid service given for 3.5 days

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the staff are incredibly friendly and seem to genuinely love their work. The cleanliness is spotless. The ala cart room service is fantastic, and the shuttle to the airport runs every 30 minutes. The lobby and lounge areas are peaceful, perfect for waiting or getting some work done. And the pool? It’s truly something special! I highly recommend it.

It was so nice and clean. We enjoyed the pool and pool Cafe as well as the restaurant. Would definitely stay again.

The pool was great . And the food at the lounge was really good , love the tacos and calamari!
